"I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T4i Digital Camera (Body Only) on August 8, 2013. The next day, they called to up-sell me stuff like batteries, lens, etc.--annoying, but not a surprise. I figured they needed to make their profits somewhere, so worth the hassle if I'm saving money on my order. "Free Shipping Orders take 24-72 hours to be processed and 7-9 business days transit time." Yet it's been three full weeks and nothing, just a vague "In-Process" status. I may get my camera someday, but beware: If you want your stuff within the next month, this is not the place for you. UPDATE: As of 9/13/13, my order remained "In Process". I'm working with my credit card company to issue a refund. It is my opinion that most of the positive reviews of this outfit are fake."

This is all lies! Primotronix called me and ASKED me to fill out this review for them. They said if I posted a positive review they would send me a free camera bag, adjustable mini tripod and some other junk. I, at the time, was pleased with my purchase as it had arrived when they said it would and the camera worked fine. However, I recently found out why the box wasn't a Nikon box, and it was plain white with a big sticker on it. They sold me a REFURBISHED Nikon S9300 camera at a NEW camera price! I had no idea until it began acting up so I sent it to Nikon to file a claim on my warranty. They then informed me the camera was refurbished and the warranty actually expired 2 months before I ever bought it which was back in April of this year.

I should have known something was up when they made me wait on the phone line until they saw my review go through before they agreed to send me the free junk. And they gave me an order number for the review that wasn't even MY order, but someone else's. Why? These people are liars and swindlers. Every bad review you find about them is the same story. They don't ever answer the phone. They tell you to call some number that doesn't even work, and if you call their sales number on their website it tells you that they are closed, even during the hours they list on the recording as being hours they are supposed to be open!

These folks are all cheats, liars and swindlers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I never would have left a good review if I had realized I bought a refurbished unit and paid full price for it! Now I have to go through my credit card company and try to get a refund because they sure aren't giving me one!

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I ordered a canon T3i camera, very basic, on July 31st 2013. I was called the next day to try to convince me to buy a 90 dollar battery since the only one they would provide with the camera was one that lasted 20 minutes (this information was NOT included on the order form) - as I declined, I felt the salesman was being curt because I didn't purchase it, then I got an email saying my card would be charged and shipping would be in 24 hours on August 1st. As of August 19th, I still received nothing though it said I should have received the camera in 7-9 days. I called on august 18th (GAVE THEM AN ADDITIONAL 1.5 WEEKS!) before I called customer service asking where my order was. that's when they told me they were still awaiting the camera to arrive from an overseas warehouse - NOT DISCLOSED initially. Then I was told I'd get a tracking number to track my order within 2 days and a bonus battery for the delay...NOTHING, then I called again after that, and they told me nothing including tracking numbers would be received by them until today - August 26. as of today, I still have received no information from them. Now my credit card has been charged all this money, and I have received no information on my camera. I will be reporting this company for fraud and lies on order information - this is not a company with anywhere near a 100% customer satisfaction. They do poor business...do yourselves a favor, pay the extra price and buy it from a reputable website."
