"Great selection and great prices! I ordered a poster I had seen at DuPont hospital when my son went there. We were laughing and looking at the poster while in the waiting room. I couldn't find it anywhere but posterrevolution.com had it and at a great price. When I received it there was a minor bend in the center of the poster. I contacted customer service and they replied back immediately that they were sending a new one - which they did quickly. I will order all my posters from them now on."

"Poster Revolution has amazing prices and an excellent selection of posters! One poster I ordered had been damaged (probably by UPS)and I emailed them about it. They simply sent me a new one! Thanks poster revolution! A happy customer is a returning customer!"

"I placed an order on order September 4th, it was finally shipped on the 22nd. Still haven't gotten it though. Whether the posters I ordered come or not, I will never be ordering from Poster Revolution again. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. After about a week of not hearing anything from them, I went on their contact us page and asked how long processing took. They told me that the poster I ordered had been damaged in processing and they are waiting on a shipment. Fair enough, it would have been nice if they let me know this when it happened though. However, when you go to their website on the poster that I ordered, there is nothing warning potential buyers that this poster is out of stock. So after this e-mail I give them another week and still no response. During this time I'm checking the order status through their website and over the weekend it shows that its been shipped by DHL with a tracking number. I check the tracking number on DHL's website and nothing pops up. I wait until Monday, same. And the next day was the same as well. Still today if you search the tracking number they gave me nothing shows up on DHL's website. I then emailed on Wednesday of this week and no response. So I e-mail again the next day demanding a refund because I don't believe that my order has actually been shipped and I'm done being patient with them. Then they finally e-mail me back this morning saying that my order was shippped with USPS with a completely different tracking number listed in my order status page. And it was just shipped on Sept. 22nd. Pretty shady if you ask me. Its most likely going to be another 3-5 days until I actually receive anything. If you want to avoid frustration, stay away from this company."

"The only redeeming quality is the customer service. After my first two items shipped over two weeks after the order was placed and arrived damaged due to skimpy packaging, I was issued a partial refund and to have the posters shipped again. The second posters arrived in worse condition than the first. I will not buy from them again."

"Horrible service, would not recommend anyone buy from them. I ordered my posters on Aug 29, I got my posters yesterday, Sept 14. E-mailed them after two weeks and they said one of my posters got damaged in "processing" and they ordered more from their supplier. They apologized and gave me a 10% coupon code, which was posted all over the internet already, for my troubles. Gee thanks, Poster Revolution.

They said I would get an e-mail with tracking number when the shipped but I never did.

The posters were of decent quality although the nice panorama was stuck together in a couple places and the paper pulled up. Be really careful when unrolling your posters!

"DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a poster from them for a bachelorette party. The party came and went with NO poster or any notification that it had even been shipped. Every time I call, there is no answer. Poster was ordered 8/20/2011. Today's date is 9/13/2011 and still no poster. I left a message and e-mailed them demanding a full refund. We'll see how that goes!"

"This is probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest and have been completely unhelpful with getting issues resolved. I sent them three e-mails and a voicemail and received no response to the question of why my poster shipped a week late. Only after I gave them bad feedback on Amazon did I hear a phony response. I was told that my shipping would be refunded; however, only $2.00 (less than the cost of shipping) was credited to my account, which after what I went through was rather insulting. I was lied to multiple times by the "customer service representative." Their Amazon customer feedback shows many unsatisfied customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! You can find your poster at one of the many other retailers online; a simple google search will point you in a better direction. By purchasing from Poster Revolution, you are only buying into their bad customer service. Believe me, the few dollars that you saved will not be worth the headache you will ultimately go through if and when they mess something up on your order. "

"I was very skeptical on ordering from this company based on reviews. I'm glad I took the chance. I ordered two Van Gogh posters over Labor Day weekend (Tuesday) directly on their website (www.PosterRevolution.com). I paid for premium shipping. I recieved notification on Wednesday that they shipped out the posters. Today (Saturday) I recieved them from the postal service. The tube they came in was not damaged or crushed. I opened up the tube and was pleasantly surprised to see two very nice, colorful posters. For being less than 5 dollars apiece, the quality of the posters exceeds my expectations. I had emailed them a few days beforehand about a tracking number, and they responded to the email within one business day. In my opinion, this company is very professional. They have excellent customer service. They took care to ensure that my posters would not be damagedm, and they shipped out my order quickly. I would highly recommend anyone using this seller."

"Ordered two posters (not framed) on the 26th. This outfit claims next day shipping for "in stock" posters without framing. Well, no response - just a generic "order is processing response". How long does it take to roll up a couple posters into a tube and mail it? Left e-mails, no answer. Wanted these particular posters by labor day. If I had known this merchant was this inefficient shipping very simple orders, I wouldn't have used them at all. Should have been on this site earlier and read some of the recent bad reviews about horrible customer service.

Never again, less than 1 star. A big thumbs down to PosterRevolution.

*Edit* - Also, tried calling customer service. Never was able to talk to a human. Was told, all service representatives are busy - leave a message at the beep or try again later.

Sounds like the Peggy/insurance commercials on tv.

*Edit again*...These people still have my money, have not received a response from them. No signs of life from this company at all.

All I can assume is - they are thieves.

"Awful. Simply awful. I ordered four posters (all indicated in stock on the website) and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. A week later I go an email stating that my order was incomplete and would not ship on time. This is the second time they have done this to me, I should have known better. I'm still waiting. They use the postal service to mail - it is not fast. I strongly recommend not using this service. There is one person answering the phones. It is not a good business and I'll probably never get these posters. I've tried calling and emailing to cancel my order and have not gotten a response in two days."

"I ordered a poster for my son's room on the 17th for a product which I believed was in stock and was informed I would have the poster within 5-7 business days. My card was charged, but the product was not actually shipped until August 22nd and was shipped ultra snail mail....I will not likely have it until sometime the week of the 29th. I called Poster Revolution, but somehow was not able to reach them ANYTIME during normal busines hours, and they have not responded to an email that I sent them on the 22nd. I will not be using them in the future."
