"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I placed an order from them in November for christmas presents....only recieved 1/3 of the order 3 weeks later...I have been battling with them ever since to get my rest of the order...it is now January 19th! and I still haven't received my order. I have requested a refund without any luck. I will never use this business again."

"WE RECVD A POSTER AND IT WAS DONE IN AN OUTSTANDING MANNER. WE BELIEVED IT WAS A BONA FIDE PORTRAIT. THE SHIPPING PROCESS WAS METICULOUS-IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WRAPPED ANY BETTER. THEY TOOK A POSTER AND MADE IT INTO A WORK OF ART. WE WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER FROM POSTER REVOLUTION."

"Well, I guess I'm pretty much in the same boat as everyone else here. I've ordered three times from Poster Revolution, and only received e-mails with my order number ONCE. Which wouldn't even really bother me if it wasn't completely necessary to have them when something goes wrong (which it undoubtedly will). My first order was on Oct. 11, 2011. I bought five posters and a deck of cards. One of the posters was a huge mural that said it would take more time to ship than the others. It said it would take about three weeks to be exact. I got all of my posters (aside from the mural) and my deck of cards in two separate shipments (both claiming that the company wanted to cut down on shipping materials, ha) within two weeks. I wasn't in a huge hurry to receive any of my order, so that was fine with me. At least I got them. My second purchase was actually the same day as my first. I bought two posters that I forgot to add to my first poster. Got them both, a bit later than the rest of the stuff I ordered, but again, I was in no big hurry. Now, for the bad parts. It's Jan. 14, 2012 and I still haven't received my mural poster. Three weeks has turned into three months. And contacting Poster Revolution has done NOTHING for me. I tried to submit a form online to get information about my missing poster. I got an e-mail back asking me to reply with an order number or tracking number. Now, at this point it had been at least two months, and like I said before, I never received an e-mail with my order number. And since it had been two months, I had obviously disposed of any boxes or packages my order had come in. So, what was I to do? I called, of course. I was met with the usual "press 1 to do this" voice recording. Only there was actually no other options except for to press one. Well, I thought that was pretty stupid. But I was determined, so I pressed one and waited. Guess what I was met with? A rather bored/uncaring sounding RECORDING telling me that all the lines are busy and to call back later or leave a message with that oh so important order number. So, I'm still out a poster. My final purchase was actually before I did all of this calling and searching. I saw they had a per-order for a poster that I couldn't find anywhere else and genuinely wanted. I paid more than I paid for the mural poster for this one, and it was regular sized. I got a confirmation e-mail with and order number this time, and an e-mail telling me that this order would take longer because it was a pre-order. Which was again, okay. I'm a patient person. Today I checked the status of that order (a month later exactly). Guess what? Still processing. Better yet, I can't even find the poster on the site anymore. And what about my mural? Says sold out now. Needless to say I will be calling and e-mailing until I get some ANSWERS. I wouldn't have even cared about the time I had to wait if this site had some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I have had the same problems it seems as others. I ordered a poster on 11/28/11 it came about a week after ordering. I was not satisfied by the way it looked so i sent it back a few days after i had recieved it. It is not January 11, 2012 and i have left emails and called repeatedly and i have no answer. I have not recieved my money back onto my credit card and am very furious. Their customer service is horrible."

"We ordered this poster and chose the canvas gallery wrapped option, which is expensive. It has been weeks and we have not received the order. I understand delays in shipping, especially around the holidays, but my main warning to anyone working with this seller is that they are impossible to get in touch with - in our experience at least. I have been calling almost every day for over a week and all we get is an answering machine and no return calls. They also have an option to fill out a form online and they will contact you via email. We have also filled that out numerous times, to no avail. Just a heads up: Poster Revolution seemed to have a nice variety of posters and the canvas option was nice, but they do not seem trustworthy because of their complete lack of customer service. We will most likely have to work through our credit card company for a refund since we can't even get in touch with them for that."

" If all the companies,that I have delt with on line,would take as good care of me as Poster Revolution has,I would not hesitate to buy more on line.When I had concerns about my order arriving on time,they responded to my email quickly & professionaly.The staff knows the job that has to be done and how to do it.I shopped their prices and selection with other on line poster shops and found Poster Revolution superior in every way .My daughters will love the posters we found for them not to metion the ones I found for myself. "I ordered some posters on 12/06... I emailed them 3 times a few days later because I hadn't received a confirmation that they shipped my posters.
Finally on 12/11 they said they shipped my order, and it would arrive between 12/13 - 12/16. Never came, and the tracking number they gave me didn't work.
On 12/17 I emailed them, they gave me a new tracking number and it said my order was to be delivered on 12/19.
It never came.
I wrote them again stating my situation, and they refunded 50% of my shipping cost.
12/20... never came.
I wrote them and said I want 100% refund on shipping. They said they will give me full refund.
12/21... never came.
Gave up on my order even coming, just bought the same ones from a store locally.
I order stuff online all the time, and NEVER in my entire online ordering history since 1995 when I first got the Internet have I experienced something like this.
I will never order from them again and recommend other people to NEVER order from them. Buy from a different poster company and save yourself from this god-awful service!!!

"I ordered a poster on 11/27 as a gift for one of the children from my Christmas Family Project donation thinking I had plenty of time since I needed it by 12/12 and it was stated the arrival time would be 3-5 days. I was getting worried that I hadn't received it on 12/10 so I tracked my order from Amazon - the order had not even been shipped yet!! I was so mad. I emailed them the next morning canceling my order only to receive notification that my item was shipped a few hours later. They emailed me saying I couldn't cancel because they sent it already. Funny how it took over 2 weeks to send it in the first place and, like a miracle, it ships just a few hours after I complain and want to cancel my order. I'm EXTREMELY displeased with this company and absolutely will NEVER do business with them again. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order because, obviously, this is their usual business practice. Oh, and by the way, today is 12/18 and i STILL haven't received my item. Ridiculous."

"I ordered a poster from Poster Revolution through Amazon. I placed my order on Saturday, December 10, 2011. I contacted them on 12/12 and again on 12/13 and received no reply until I contacted Amazon on 12/14. After which, Poster Revolution finally contacted me and said the poster had shipped on 12/13. Finally, on 12/16, I received notification that the poster had shipped. I am EXTREMELY displeased with this entire transaction. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand it is the holiday and it is very hectic in retail. I work for an internet retailer, in the shipping department, and am involved in customer service issues. Poster Revolution handled this terribly. I will NEVER buy from them again!!! "

"It seems that my complaint is Poster Revolutions typical business process. I ordered the poster on Nov 19th and by December 3rd it was still "processing". I contacted customer service and was told that my order was damaged during shipping and they were waiting on a replacement. I gave it another week and nothing... it's a Christmas gift so I called them. I asked if another poster was in stock, they said yes so I cancelled the other poster and ordered the in stock one. Two days later the poster still wasn't shipped. I found another poster on eBay and ordered from them yesterday... guess what... it shipped out today. I cancelled my order with Poster Revolution today. I will never buy from this company again."

"Poster Revolution has such a wonderful variety, I found exactly what I wanted at an incredibly reasonable price. In a little over a week, I had my posters in hand in excellent contition, i.e.packed well. I would definitely recommend them for great posters, greater prices and the greatest service around. "My entire buying experience was miserable on poster revolution's website. Selection and pricing was great, and I actually liked the layout of the website. The problem arose with the shipping. I received posters in 4 separate boxes, in three different shipments, on three different days. I cant imagine that paying for shipping 4x is fiscally responsible for their business model. I was never told that the poster was damaged until I called customer service (10 days after not receiving) and I was told by the women (she was very nice and helpful) that the "Yes we cannabis" poster was damaged and would ship once it came into stock. I wasn't given a time estimate, and I had to wrongly assume it would only take a day or two to get in stock and then a few days for shipment. Turns out, over a week later it hadn't even arrived at their facility to ship. At this point I was sent an email asking for a customer survey, which I replied very bluntly to since I hadn't even received my entire order. I proceeded to just order a lesser poster (no problem), and a few business days later it arrived...Without the hangers I have previously paid for. I have no clue whether this is normal for this company, and I honestly don't care. I will never order from poster revolution again, and I will make sure no one that I know does. "
