"Ripped me off. I ordered a few posters after weeks of e-mails I finally received all but 1 of them. After about 12 E-mails and 6 months of giving me the run around I finally gave up trying to get a refund. Beware of this seller. Its not worth the headache."

"Firstly, Poster Revolution *is* All Posters, in case anyone didn't know.

Now, a true story followed by my review.

May 2nd:
I bought 4 posters, and I made sure that each poster I purchased came in a package deal with a poster hanger, so I'd have an easy and cheap way to put them up on my wall in my new apartment and still have them look relatively nice.

May 10th:
My local worker from the Post Office, who received the order from Fedex, decided they'd rather not try to find my apartment, so they took the order back to the office. Not Poster Revolution's fault.

May 14th:
I went and picked the order up, which had all 4 posters in a nice triangular box. 3 were a little damaged on the sides, but it wasn't a huge deal. The problem: There were no poster hangers. I paid an additional $5-6 per poster to make sure I had them, but I did not. I emailed them the same day explaining.

May 15th:
Poster Revolution wrote me back apologising and reissuing the order for the hangers to the warehouse. I was quoted a delivery date of no later than May 30th.

May 16:
I wrote Poster Revolution again, explaining that I was disappointed that I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive my poster hangers, saying that they probably should have dropped a couple of extra dollars to get them to me faster since the error was theirs and not mine.

May 17:
By way of an apology, Poster Revolution informed me that they were going to refund me half of my shipping on the original order.

May 28:
My bank account was credited with 50% the cost of shipping on my original order.

May 30:
I did not receive my hangers.

May 31:
I did not receive my hangers.

June 1:
I did not receive my hangers. I wrote Poster Revolution, who said they would refund me the cost. I decided to come on here and write my review without waiting the 2 weeks it takes them to refund.

My review:
They're irresponsible with their packaging and shipping. They seem to respond to emails now, if they didn't in the past, but their customer support is too-little-too-late. They have lost my business.

" I ordered a gift for my sister way in advance so it would ship in time for her birthday and they never bothered to ship the item or explain why they didn't! It turned out there was no reason, they claimed her address was undeliverable after I filed a complaint with Amazon well over a week later, never mind another seller had just shipped something there. And now that the order was cancelled I can't leave feedback on their Amazon page. Yes, I was refunded, only after I complained through Amazon."

"Ordered a poster on Feb 27, estimated shipping of March 5,6; estimated delivery of March 8 - 13. It's now March 10, so I simply sent them an email asking hey guys, my poster hasn't even shipped yet, what's up? Got an email two minutes later saying my order was cancelled as requested. Zero effort on their part. They don't seem to want your business."

"I bought seven Pierre Auguste Renoir prints from Poster Revelution. I framed them as soon as I received them. Now my bedroom walls are covered with the most beautiful prints that I have ever seen. I spent less than $40.00 but my prints look like that I have spent thousands. I have never been so pleased about anything that I have purchased over the years on line than I feel about these prints. I promise that I will purchase more. Thank you Poster Revelution for a fantastic product."

"Ordered a bunch of posters from them, in one large order. They arrived with a large number the posters damaged. I called and they said they would ship replacements. Six months later, and still no replacements. Also, twelve posters were on back order, and now they say they are no longer available, but that I was not charged. I checked my bank statement, and I had been. Also, they charged me near double the amount they quoted me for shipping and just tacked it on. They are the worst. I will never, never, never order from them again."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR ITS PARTNER SITES! They are HORRIBLE and will not respond to any complaints or questions. I found their posters "reasonable" but that changed after ordering lamination and Expedited Shipping. Paid almost $100 for my order.

I ordered 4 posters on PosterRevolution.com on Dec. 9, 2012. I purchased "Expedited Delivery". The site said they send "usually the next business day" and that Expedited would send faster than that. It also said it would only send late if they were out of stock of a certain poster, and they would send an email if this was to occur. A week later, I had received no email that it was sent, so I contacted the seller, with no reply from them. Two weeks later, I am getting anxious, as these posters were going to be Christmas presents. On December 17, they sent me an email saying my posters were shipped via Fed Ex on Dec 11th (I found this odd as I never received them at this point and especially since they were "Expedited Shipping".

I went to their link, and it showed that estimated arrival was "January 11th". This was NOT sent expedited shipping. I have family on the East Coast, and their mail and packages arrive at my house in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping should NOT take over a month to get to me! I wrote the business saying I was irate that they were going to show up in January...got a response a week later saying it's okay, I can always return my posters if I don't like them. I responded it wasn't an issue of not wanting my poster, but rather, it taking so long to get to me! No response. As of December 27th, I finally got ONE poster, with a receipt saying the others will be "shipped soon".

This is outrageous. I did not get these posters 'expedited" and after sending them 4 emails, I have only gotten one response. There is no reason it should take over a month to get expedited product sent to me, that was promised to be sent out "at least one business day" from my order. Almost January and I still am without my posters.

"I really wish i would have found this site before i ordered, I ordered on november 23rd thinking that would give me tons of time before christmas. I ordered 10 posters which with shipping came to just over $70. i got my email saying they shipped on the 24th. Well here i am now still have not recived ANYTHING at all and have sent at least 20 emails with only 2 replys one saying they will arrive soon and theother made no sense at all. Ive also posted on there facebook page and they first also said they should arrive soon then after i complained again they said email them i told them i already had numerous times with no feed back... anyways now they just delete my facebook msgs without responding and have not answeard my emails. I found a phone number on the internet and could not get through. If they get this mess figuered out i would most likly oreder from them again because there prices are great and i seen a few posters i wanted for my self but this is just a mess"

"I would strongly recommend that no one do business with this company. My own story is that my wife and I ordered 12 posters for use in a Halloween display. We went through the Poster-Revolution website carefully and made our selections based on the provided availability information ordering only what showed as in stock. We placed the order with comfortable time for delivery prior to our need the night before Halloween and Halloween night. We placed the order with the expedited two day shipping option. After several days of watching the website and looking for status indicating shipment of our order, we filled out the contact us form on the Poster Revolution web-site requesting an update our order, which went unanswered. We then found it necessary to search the Internet for phone number where we could make contact with Poster-Revolution's customer service (curiously enough they don't have a contact telephone number posted on their website). At that time we found that although they had taken our money and that our order was in their system, for some reason it had not been dispatched to their warehouses or vendors. This resulted in four of the posters we had ordered, a full one-third of our order, no longer being available in stock. We expressed the need for delivery of the items we had ordered as they comprised a backdrop to one of our displays and highlighted the fact that what we had ordered had been shown as in stock when we had ordered them. Poster-Revolution sent us the eight posters that they had in stock and prior to our deadline we received one other of the posters we'd ordered. All materials we received were shipped to us via overnight service. During the course of the several phone calls it took to arrange the shipping of the material we had order in a time frame suitable to our needs, we were repeatedly encouraged by customer service personnel to cancel the order rather than expecting the company to live up to their responsibility to deliver our products in a timely manner. Again, remember we had paid for an expedited two day shipment up front for material that was supposedly in stock when we ordered it. Fast forward to the end of November not having received the posters that were on back order or any update from Post-Revolution's customer service people I went online and check the status of my order on their site. I was alarmed to discover that the order showed as complete. I immediately sent an e-mail to Poster-Revolution's customer service department pointing out the error. In that e-mail I cut and pasted the three lines of the missing material on the order from their website. The information included order number, SKU's and descriptions of each poster as well as pricing. A day later I got an e-mail back from Poster-Revolution's customer service manager which responded to only two of the three posters I questioned. The response was that those two posters were out of stock and they did not know when they would be in. I immediately sent out another e-mail expressing my discontent with the fact that when I was already a disgruntled customer I received what was essentially only a partial response to the questions I'd asked. The next day I received another e-mail to my complain e-mail from a customer service representative from Poster-Revolution's customer service to be told that none of the remaining posters we had ordered were available anymore and that they had refunded our purchase price. Imagine my surprise the next day, when searching for the posters we wanted for our Halloween display on Amazon, I discovered that Poster-Revolution did indeed 9 units left of one of the posters we had ordered. To be brutally frank customer service seems to simply be beyond the individuals in this Corporation. Their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and seeming laziness in responding to their customer base makes them difficult to deal with. To top things off their products are shipped in shoddy poor quality boxes. As a direct result of my interaction with Poster-Revolution customer service department. They will not receive any more business for me, nor will their parent company, Art.com. And their subsidiary companies AllPosters.com and ArtistRising.com. For your own peace of mind I would strongly recommend that you follow suit."
