"I am disgusted with the service I received. To put things quickly, my friend got in a terrible car wreck Tuesday evening so I ordered him a poster Wednesday morning (9am CST) to be part of his care package. It was of his favorite movie actress and he could hang it on his wall. I paid $8.12 for the fastest shipping possible so I could get this poster to him ASAP. It was in stock and ready to leave the warehouse, according to the website. The website also said that posters leave the next business day if they are in stock. I calculated that if I ordered Wednesday morning, it would ship out Thursday and be here Monday at the latest. It is Monday. It is not here. I called customer service and the lady tried to make me look like an idiot, saying that it is on time. It's not coming at the time I expected because there is a processing period of 1-2 days in addition to the 1-2 days it takes to leave the warehouse PLUS the 2-3 day shipping. (She said it was on the website but it's obviously well hidden. I was aware about the ONE DAY time period for it to leave the warehouse.) So now it won't be here until Wednesday. That is A WEEK after I ordered it. Five business days. I paid for 2-3 BUSINESS DAY shipping. My friend is expected to leave the hospital by the end of this week. (Might I mention the hospital he is at is 2 hours away?) So he'll get 2 days to admire the poster instead of most of the time he was there like I planned. This is now a total waste. I payed 130% of the price of the poster just for shipping. And I don't even get it in the timely manner like I needed or expected. For that price, I should have just bought an ink cartridge and printed off a bunch of pictures of this actress to hang in his room. They obviously do not value me as a customer enough to give me an accurate deliver date. They wasted my time and money and made me look like a total idiot in the process. There are plenty of websites that tell you 2 or 3 day shipping and it is on your doorstep in 2 or 3 days. This company is a joke. Thank goodness for the internet and social media. I can warn the world about this awful company."
"My experience with poster revolution has been both sour and sweet. I placed an order on Thursday August 4th for three posters. I paid the extra funds for the premium (2-3 day) shippin for my entire order. I did not recieve any notice my order had shipped until Monday August 8th, however the email claimed that my order shipped on Sat the 6th! Confusing right!? So here it is Monday and I already feel bummed that my order isnt going to arrive on time before I leave for school. I decided to place an inquiry on Poster revolution's site about recieving a refund for the extra shipping chagre assuming all goes well. Unfortunatly I did leave for school and had to have the posters sent to my new location. They did arrive in excellent condition, so no complaints there. I also recieved an email back from poster revolution today August 15th that they will be refunding the premium shipping amount back to my account. All in all my experience may have been somewhat frustrating, however the prices I got were great, my one complaint has been resolved and I now have three posters exactly as ordered. I will shop with poster revolution in the future!"
"Ordered August 3 and heard nothing from the company until August 9 when they sent me a notification that my order was sent to their shipping department. Emailed customer service asking when it will ship since the poster was intended for a birthday present. Heard from representative Heather on August 11 that I must not have received an email informing me that the item I ordered was damaged and they would be waiting an undetermined time to get more in from the supplier. Heather seemed kind and offered me some options as to what we could do. I opted to cancel my order since I need this item for a birthday gift for next week. I still have not received confirmation that my order was canceled. After requesting the cancellation of my order yesterday (August 11), I placed an order with MostlyPosters.com for the same item which shipped today. I was disappointed with the initial correspondence from PosterRevolution but was pleased with the way Heather handled the situation. I wish that a week didn't go by without hearing anything about my order. I was not impressed with that. "
"Poster Revolution not only has an outstanding supply (and variety) of posters, but they are also very customer-friendly. I recently purchased a poster that somehow, along the shipping process, was ruined. I ordered another one because it was cheap (only about two dollars before shipping & handling) because I didn't feel like dealing with sending the poster back for a refund. I did call Poster Revolution because I wanted to make sure they shipped it in a cylinder tube, and not the triangular one it came in, just to be sure that this new poster arrived in good condition. The woman who helped me was very nice, and after listening to my situation, informed me that she would cancel the order I made and send me a new poster free of charge. Things like that keep customers coming back, and I would recommend Poster Revolution to anyone who is looking for quality posters, that are shipped quickly. The customer service is excellent, and I will definitely be using Poster Revolution for any future posters I might buy!"
"NEVER EVER AGAIN. Their behavior is inexcusable. I ordered (through Amazon) a poster, which arrived crinkled lengthwise along the entire poster. It looked like a typewriter had punched along the whole length of the poster. The stiff shipping tube was completely intact and free of blemishes, so it is obvious that they stuffed this damaged poster and sent it out like that. I emailed them for 4 DAYS in a row, in addition to researching their phone numbers (they have at least 3 that I could find, 2 of which were listed as out of service) and leaving them messages referencing my issue and order number and timeline. They STILL refused to respond to me. I finally said that I was taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau, at which point they emailed me and said they were shipping me a new poster, thankyouverymuch and haveagreatday. Yeah, whatever. BAD business practices, a PAYING customer shouldn't have to threaten to report them in order to get simple exchange!! NEVER AGAIN. And believe me, I'm not a delusional, hysterical person - just your average Jane Doe who works in customer service and understands what it's like on both sides. Do NOT patron this company, it is nothing but headaches and hassles and despair."
"Poster was gut crushed by the loving, gentle hands of the USPS. I asked PosterRevolution what I need to do to purchase another replacement or paperwork with the post office and they immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked! I am forever a customer to them."

Only 1 thing: one of my posters (of a famous quote) looked nice on the website (when it was small) but I realized that the background (on close-up) actually looked grainy (ie. the picture file used as background was blown up too big to fit the poster). Looked a little homemade, but I'm still satisfied with the value overall (got total of 4 posters) especially with shipping cost."
