"Ordered a pool liner on May 4, called on May 17, and was told I would receive it on May 22 or 23. Called again on May 29, and they were hostile that I was calling. Gave me the runaround. Sent my call to the manager/CEO, Jack. Only get his message service in which he says he only emails. Poor customer service. Girl in office hung up on me when I asked to speak to owner. I called back, and she gave me a tracking number for gaskets and tried to say that I had received the pool liner. I explained that the package I received was 1 pound. She then stopped belittling me and agreed that the liner was on back order. I explained that I had called on the 17th and the man said it would be here on the 22 or 23 rd. She said I don’t know who you talked to. I then was denied access to the online ticket system. I called back and the girl stated that she emailed the warehouse to cancel the order and my money would be refunded. I asked her to email that to me. She said no and hung up. "
"After spending $500 with your company and then sending me defective liner and still haven’t received the cover. Your company is blaming me. I sent pictures, called, was disconnected on, was told this was my fault. Worst service I have ever received. Please people go elsewhere. It amazes me that a company can be in business when treating people this way and stealing there money and not standing behind their products. Worst ever!"
"Ordered shipped and to me within 10 days start to finish. Got the gold and blue 15’ blanket for above ground pools and it’s FABULOUS!! Rings were super easy to install - if I can do it anyone can do it!! "

"After ordering a pool cover and getting a message that it was sent to the warehouse for shipping in 2-3 days, it took over 2 weeks to arrive, during which efforts to contact them either by phone or on line were met with uncooperative web sites, or messages that their business hour (winter) were only Mon, Wed, & Fri from 9-4:30, and even then didn't get an answer.
Eventually received the cover, but as I was trimming it to size, discovered a gap of about 10" along one of the panel seams. Also, I had ordered drain ports which they advertised as improving the ability to remove the cover. However, I discovered that what they sent was a kit, which I was expected to install by cutting out a "button" from the cover, and applying the plastic ports.
When I tried to contact the, I at first never got a ticket number with which to communicate with them, but eventually got in touch asking to have them send me a patch kit with which to glue the gap in the cover. To my chagrin, they said the manufacturer would replace the cover but that I had to repack it and ship it back.
Having spent over an hour in trimming and installing the drain ports, I was not interested in doing this, let alone repeat the process with another cover. They said a patch kit wouldn't work, and that they wouldn't provide one even if available, as they wouldn't be in stock until April!
This company is terrible. Do your self a favor and find another vendor."
"I ordered several products and before placing it, called their number to verify the size and color - I was told I was getting the tan cover winter cover along with tan pool tubes, which I upgraded to the thicker gauge. Product came and the pool tubes were the thinner gauge blue (I know as I currently own the thinner gauge). Called customer service and Jamie said that everyone knows there that the set has the blue basically calling me a liar and was very patronizing."
"I purchased a 24 round pool liner. When my installers went to install it, they realized it was not 24 round like the box said. I then had to run out to the local pool supply to purchase another liner, so that I could avoid paying another fee to have them come out another day to install. When I contacted Pool Deals, they stated the warranty only covers a replacement. I explained that it was not a warranty issue, it was mis-marked and I did not need a replacement since I had already purchased a new one. They stated they would not give me a refund. I will never order from this company again. A business should stand behind what they sell."
"I am a first time customer of Pool Deals. My experience is that I feel like Im being punished for ordering anything through them. Our pool size is standard and we were able to order online. I received the email confirmation of my order, and that was it. Ive never received anything else from them. After a week, their website was still showing my order 'in the warehouse' so, I called for an update. Apparently, that was my mistake. From the very jump, they answer the phone, Hello?
I only asked for a tracking number. I did not complain, I did not yell, I was not upset (at this point). Everyone, (yes, it took more than one phone call, as I was literally hung up on) was SO rude for NO reason. I wasnt upset, why were they?? They all were annoyed and disgruntled, two of them hung up on me snd again- I am only asking for the shipping email, thats it. And its because THEY'RE website isnt updating. I am in shock and I wish I had never bought from them. Im supposed to be receiving the order today, (still no email and still showing as Q on their website) and I am very anxious for what we will be receiving. Ugh. Dont waste your energy (and dont be yelled at) take your business elsewhere!"

"I have an in ground pool that I've had for over 27 years and of course have ordered pool covers every few years. In the end of March or the beginning of April I ordered a solar pool cover from Pool deals.com. It was suppose to be 12 gauge but is is about half that thick. In only a month or so the little bubbles started to turn into big bubbles because they spread into each other. I have had this worthless cover now for about four months and it is junk. Do not order any covers from this place as they are no good."
"I ordered a pool liner and gasket kit. When I received the liner the box was all broken open and no packing in between the liner and the box. You can see the liner through the holes in the box. I did not want to risk filling it to find out it has a hole so I called UPS and they came and picked it up with a damaged ticket to send back to the shipper. When I informed Pool Deals (fake name Reggie Anderson) about the situation, he was not happy I sent it back through UPS and said we have to wait before they send out a replacement because we did not make a claim through pool deals. I spoke with UPS and they said they returned it to the shipper and told me the name of the person on the docks who received it. When I relayed this to "Reggie" he claimed they have no person on their docks by that name. I found this to be strange. They are claiming they didn't get the package back but UPS says they did. I then did research on Pool Deals and found horrifying stories reported to the BBB. I thought for sure I was not getting money back or replacement liner since "Reggie" has told other customers to go to hell and f*** off. This Pool Deals is some third party **** making money on ordering products through other companies and having them dropshipped. I should have known right away when I seen his poor grammar and typos in his responses. After reading other stories of people not being sent warranty info or manufacturer info for their products and refusing to provide customers with the maufacturer of the products, I figured I would be screwed anyway for warranty if I did get the replacement liner. Pool deals claims they include that paperwork in the box (Which they DO NOT). There is not even an invoice or anything signifying your purchase. BUT, when I made the claim through UPS, I seen on the return receipt they gave me that there was a name of Ocean Blue Water Products. I was curious so I researched that company. They looked reliable and had no complaints. So I called the warehouse for Ocean Blue Water Products and spoke to the warehouse manager. She confirmed that she did have someone on her docks with the same name UPS told me received the package. She also said she has my liner and that she was shipping me a replacement out and it would be here the next day. I asked her about warranty information for the liner and she gave me a PO number to reference if I ever have a problem with the pool and to call her directly with any problems. I informed them of my experience with Pool Deals and told them they should not do business with them because they make their products look bad by being rude to customers. She said she is relaying the message to the owner. We will see what happens. Hopefully I get my liner tomorrow and the warranty is upheld by Ocean Blue Water Products. Great customer service with Ocean Blue Water Products, God awful service through Pool Deals.

"I placed an order online on a Friday evening, the website said "oops something went wrong" and prompted me to enter my debit card information a second time after I did that I checked my checking account and found out that they had charged me twice two. When I contacted them their office was closed until the next business day so I called first thing as soon as they open and they did not offer to refund my money and gave me numerous excuses on why they hadn't done it yet. They told me that both orders had already shipped and refused to let me cancel or return either of them even though their website said that neither of them had shipped yet. I ended up having to close my debit card and file disputes with my bank over this company. BEWARE!!!"
"I ordered a solar cover. It was extremely cheap very poor quality and not even close to what the site said. I called to ask if anything could be done and the man who answered was condescending rude and absolutly unwilling to help. When i said i would leave a review he hung up. Terrible store with inferior products and rude people to answer the phones. "
"We bought a 12 year winter cover that didn't even last two years, even before we pulled it off after the 2nd year, you could see how worn it was, with little holes, when we pulled it off the pool, the pool was filthy, never have we ever had that kind of a problem. I don't know how they can call it a 12 year cover. The cover was stored in a shed during the off season. Do not buy from this company."
