Refusing to acknowledge anything even when sent pictures to prove it. Very cheap and thin. Not what I ordered for the past ten years. I will pay more to my local shop to make sure I get the real deal. I too will be reporting to NY BBB. This place should be shut down. "

"Ordered a pool cover and waited...and waited and waited some more. We have called a few times during business hours and some times they answer. Offer 0 help or apologies on where our cover is. Rude as she wants to be every time. Same woman answers and is just plain ole nasty! Never again...and were still waiting for them to "build our solar cover" what a joke!"

"I ordered a custom liner for my in ground pool. I ordered and spent $1950 to get the 27 mil liner. I never received a tracking number like I was promised. The liner arrived 4 days late. I found out they use GLI liner manufacturer in Youngstown Ohio. I had to call them to find out where my liner was! Then after the liner was installed, I measured the thickness of some scrap pieces from cutting out the bottom main drains. It was 20 mil!! I looked at the packing slip and sure enough I was sent a 20 mil liner with 27 mil sides! I had already received a quote from PC Pools for that exact pattern in the same 20/27 (actually they claim 28) for $440 less!! I went with pooldeals because of the promise of faster shipping and that I could get the whole liner in the thicker 27 mil. I GOT RIPPED OFF!!"
"After receiving our liner we had to wait to install it because of rain/weather....moving forward to install day we hired a company to install it and had two trucks or water coming and they opened the box and it was the wrong item....it was the right size just wrong design...but due to having company here and trucks of water on the way I had no choice but to use item..I of course sent them email stating that I had no choice but to use it and how can they rectify this and their response was "well if you don't send it back, then there's nothing we can do "

I get it I am using the item but as a good gesture they could of did something.
So I suggest if you order a liner to make sure you open it and look cause you will be stuck with it. "
"After carefully choosing the pool liner style we wanted, I ordered it with an extra charge for rush shipping. Regular shipping is supposed to be 2-7 days. It still took 6 days. When I called, they said they just put it to the top to process, it was not rush shipping at all.
Then -- they sent the wrong liner!! We used rush shipping because we needed it for a party. The new liner we DO NOT LIKE AND ARE FORCED TO USE AS I AM HAVING A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY KIDS!!! They would only refund the extra $7 unless I drain the pool, and ship that liner back.
Now I have to look at the wrong liner for YEARS.

"Do not buy from this company. They send me a broken solar cover. The replacement was the same cover with tape over the hole. Stay away. Very unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. they should take away their licence. "
"I ordered a new pool liner, coves, skimmer, floor pad. I paid for the faster shipping! I called the day after spoke with a nice lady that answered all my questions. Got all of my order in 6 days. Everything was as it was described! I would recommend to others. I would've liked to have had a way to track my purchase. I also would love to see some instructions come with the coves and floor liner. But I can't complain about the service. "
"Ordered two solar blankets for my two pools. Shipping took nearly a month and although I tried contacting this company to find when the blankets would be shipped, I never heard from them. The blankets are very thin and only one blanket came with the attachment straps. Terrible company to work with. My advice; STAY AWAY Also this company goes by the name Pool Zone Not sure why I can’t change the date but it’s supposed to be 4/9/19. "
"Ordered a solar covered which they billed me for but never shipped. CS blamed the manufacturer, which I stated OK just provide me refund and I will move on to another company. On line ticket order system gave me generic responses via Reggie, which others have received as well. I guess Reggie is the only CS agent or it's a scam! Anyways still no cover or refund! Reported to Amex and currently in dispute. Do not buy from this online retailer!"
"Placed a $700 order and had items not opened. When I went to return, was told I could not. Did not receive an email or invoice of items purchased. When I called, was told they could not send one. Left message with human resources and never heard back. Bad business practices that I will report to BBB"
"Ordered a pool cover on May 10 paying extra to expedite the order. May 19 I contacted their customer service to see where the product was since it had not yet shipped. May 20 I messaged that I wanted to cancel the order since it had not yet shipped. May 28 the product arrived even though I had cancelled the order. When it arrived I called to tell them I had cancelled the order, the person said you cannot cancel any orders. I told her that's a scam and she hung up on me.
