I don't know where all the hate or bad reviews towards Play-SC comes from but it is all unjustified. Maybe some merchants are angry at them because they can't compete with the low prices. Those reviews had me worried at first but I recieved my order just like it was promised.
I am a very happy customer and will shop at Play-SC again.

"As other reviewers had mentioned, this site is almost definitely a fraud. When you purchase a key from them, they fail to mention that it will take time for them to "deliver" the key. After my order for Mass Effect 3 was "queued", it took over 2 days of waiting with no key delivered from Play-SC before I decided to contact them in hopes for a refund. So far no one from Play-SC has attempted to contact me back regarding this issue. I feel as if they have just stolen my money and I believe that most positive reviews on Play-SC were likely created by them. This site deserves to be labeled as a scam!
UPDATE: Although the people from Play-SC never contacted me back on my inquiry, I did end up receiving the code and downloaded the game without error today. It took three days to finally get the game. I am updating the review to reflect this, and while three days is too long, at least they delivered."

"License Key OK, but it was not easy. Overall, I recommend them, but be prepared to jump through a few hoops to get that great price - I got Mass Effect 3 just fine, but it could have been made a lot easier.
PLUSSES:
+ Very low price for a genuine activation code that can be used for online play.
+ The game download through Origin.com was easy and quick. It's a full license with no limitations
+ My emails were replied to within one day (but there were time-zone delays)
NEGATIVES:
- The activation code is sent as a scanned image, but for me it would not display even with "show attachments" set in my email client
- To get the activation code image, I had to log onto play-sc.com web site and review my order details to see the scanned image of a key code.
- The activation code image was grainy and not easy to read
- I had to install Origin.com's downloader and create an account to download the game.
- Play-sc is located in Singapore and so it is difficult to get immediate support if you are in the USA (at least 12 hours difference)
In summary, although I had some scary moments where I thought it was a scam, in truth everything was okay, but just not as easy as I would have liked :-)"

"I thought "BattleField 3 at this price, this looks too good to be true, but I will give it a go". The game supplied is in Russian and you have to apply a patch then add / overwrite some files. I payed using PayPal just in case, got the Origin client installed (like Steam but is part of EA Games) then started the download, checked my email and there was the key and the receipts etc. I followed THEIR instructions and used only the files from the links ON THEIR site it worked first time. I will be getting one or two other games from this company. No Problem :)"
"Wasn't sure what to make of Play-SC.com at first, but I tried them out anyway and they didn't let me down! I got Battlefield 3 far cheaper than I could find it anywhere else, and followed a few simple instructions to patch the version I bought (RU) to the English language. Play-SC sent my serial quickly, and provided clear instructions and easy to find links for getting my game up and running without troubles. I'll be back in the future, I'm sure. Thanks!"

When i got the reply from Steam that the product wasn't available in my country, Play-SC.com gave me instructions on how to get it from steam anyway but it didnt work. i gave up as they made it clear they werent going to refund the purchase."
"My experience was generally pretty good. The price was very competitive for the product i was buying. The only issue i really had was the fact that i had to wait overnight to get my serial key. This isnt a huge issue by any means though and a decent trade off considering the amount of money i saved with my purchase."
