"My experience with Play-SC.com was very bad! I never received the key during the first 24 hours and when I emailed about it it took almost a day for them to respond. In the response it was promised that the key would arrive within 2 hours, but it never did. Then after 3 days I aksed for my money back and I am now, one week later still waiting for the refund!
Do not buy from these people!!!
PS: I did receive the refund within 5 working days, so no problems there. But, buying a key online one should also receive it via email within a few minutes, not days. In my case it would have been quicker to go to the shop. I never received any key at all. "

I was able to quickly purchase a game, Anno 2070, via credit card, which was delivered as a download with a key provided in the receipt. The game installed correctly, but was only able to be activated for updates, not tied to my Ubisoft account in-game (it said it was already tied to another account). I contacted them for help and they got back to me the same day and had me confirm the CD key was not working. After another day or so they apologized explaining it was a problem with their supplier and gave me another key, which worked properly. "
