I am definitely satisfied with the service with Play-SC.com. The price was also comparable to other online sources, slightly cheaper. "
"Falsely advertises on their web site, "Buy Today, Play Today." I've tried to contact the seller on multiple occasions, Play-SC never replied, my purchase remained in que for digital download for an extended period of time. I was finally forced to seek a refund via Paypal and purchase the product at another source. Always seek another source for your purchase, even if it costs more. "
"Not so instant, it took 5 days for my xcom enemy unknown... They ran out of stock but did not say so on their website. I still think i will give them a second chance if i find a game for real cheap, especially because they did respond to one of my emails and were polite even if they didn't respond to my other two ones. These guys are legitimate just a lot smaller of a business than say steam, but you get what u paid for."
"I ordered a game to download and in the description it said it would be delivered instantly. When I did not receive the key the next day, I decided to file a claim through Paypal and order the game through another site. I wanted an instant download as promised and I did not receive that. My email to customer service was not returned."
"Do not, under any circumstance give any money to this seller. They will send you a key, but it will not redeem. They will ask you to VPN to a server in the Ukraine in order to redeem the key they sent you. "

"TERRIBLE!!! The "Steam" software had to be loaded on my computer, in addition to the game. Steam takes up so much space, that not only am I unable to play the game, but I'm also unable to do anything else now on the computer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING USING THIS COMPANY. I wish I understood exactly what I was buying...I'd rather pay full price but actually be able to play the game. What a waste. "
"OK I Ordered battlefield 3 code from them, then i read all the bad reviews for the site. so i started tripping when the code didnt come right away, but it did come after 6 hours.

"At first I would have to admit I was a little suspicious. Wasn't delivered instantly, but in my opinion it didn't matter since the prices were pretty amazing. Took a day, but seeing that I ordered my item when it was around 3 a.m. over there, seemed pretty logical that businesses weren't even open yet. I personally feel that their prices should be the selling point for all of their products anyways and when it comes down to that, I am satisfied."

"Absolutely terrible company. I ordered Battlefield 3: Premium, which was advertised as having 'instant' CD key delivery via email, and paid immediately through Paypal. After over 72 hours, during which time I had attempted in vain to contact Play-SC for an explanation of the delay, I lost patience and filed a complaint with Paypal's Resolution Centre. Within hours of this and with absolutely no explanation from the merchant, my order was marked as 'failed'. I am only glad I paid through Paypal and that my money was protected as I still have not heard from the merchant as to the cause of the delay nor the reason for the 'failure' of my order. Never again."
"Awful seller, stay well away. Product was late and not as described, awful comunication, slow and rude responses. There is now way they would refund me and i'm stuck with a product I didn't ask for."
