Always Great Sales

"I been shopping here since 2011 and not had a single issue. Pinkcherry has always been my #1 go to due to free and discreet shipping. Their sales are always constant and can allow for some great savings =). I live on the West coast of Canada and with standard shipping, my parcels are have always been constant taking about 5 days (as long as the 5th day doesn't fall on the weekend). "

Buyer Beware

"I ordered gloves from Pink Cherry for my upcoming Burlesque show. The gloves ripped due to poor quality. I contacted customer service, and they immediately refunded me without asking how I would like this to be resolved. I told them I needed the gloves for a Burlesque show I would be in on May 11th. They told me I would have to reorder. I reordered, and now it won't be here until the week following the show. Obviously, they will be no good to me then. I have tried to reach out to customer service several times and they simply ignore me. I have been a faithful Pink Cherry customer for several years and have referred countless people. Unfortunately for you, bad news travels fast."

We are so sorry to hear this. We did issue the refund as quickly as possible. We normally request defective items be sent back to us for quality control. However, we made an exception and refunded you for the item to save you the time and cost of returning it.


The promised delivery date would have been provided to you at the time of check out when you placed the new order. Once the order is processed we can not make any changes to the shipping method.

Please email me your order number and we will refund you for the replacement item and the shipping cost for that replacement.

Poor service so disapointed

"It’s sad that you don’t respond to e-mails and that your cherry points program don’t work and no one of your employees are able to explain it more than : it can take up to 7 days, maybe more, maybe less.

I had to explain myself my last 5 orders cause I haven’t got the points (not 1 time, 5 times!!!), and after explanations that take days and time I don’t have, you won’t compensate and don’t even bother to respond to my 2 last emails ...

"Pinkcherry carries high quality products at fair prices and to make it even better everything is ALWAYS on sale. I get almost weekly promo codes emailed to me and I have never paid full price. "So this is how this company treats their clients they ignore phone calls and emails when they ship out a defective product. I am not impressed at all, my order came defective ive reported it 4 times now by email and i have called over 10 times and left 1 message yet i have heard nothing back for a week now. F****ng scam if you ask me. Ridiculous customer service and steals the money and ignores you. I will never be recomending this company. Ide give this company ZERO stars if i could till they fix the problem and actually contact me back."

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service

"My items NEVER arrived even though it has shown up as delivered on the website. I've been trying to get in contact with customer service at Pink Cherry for a week now and no one is responding to emails or answering when I call the customer service line. It is beyond frustrating.
I am considering going to my credit card company to have them refute the charge.
If you do purchase from this website, you better hope nothing goes wrong because it is an absolute nightmare to try and communicate with this seller.

Toys to not purchase

"I usually have good luck with pink cherry , but this time around , not such luck. I bought some of the Paradise toys in which are charged by USB, and a needle end like a set of speakers would have to plug into. So not one of the 3 or4 items made by Paradise would work or charge. It doesn't feel like the end is going into any thing . So beware , I advise very strongly to stay away from Paradise products that use USB to charge the toy. I do a lot of busness with this company , but I am feeling like there starting to slide with how good there products are.

Horrible

"I ordered the product on February 27 and paid extra for fast shipping which was supposed to ensure that I receive it within two days and paid by Visa. The charge went on my card immediately , but it is now March 5th and I have still not received anything. I have sent numerous emails(5) and have not received any response. The charge is still on my Visa but no product and no response from PinkCherry, very disappointed!"

I am so sorry you feel this way.

I have searched through the emails and do see that every email was answered in a timely manner.

We have closed the order as per your request.

When you place an order on our site the funds are put on an Authorization hold by the payment processor. We do not bill any orders until they are shipped out of our warehouse. Since this order was closed before being shipped we actually never took the money.

Depending on your financial institution it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for the funds to be released.
