So I called UPS they said they would open a case but the seller needed to open it so contact them. Think I can get ahold of pink cherry? It’s been week. Phone just rings and rings then occasionally goes to a voicemail but usually just cuts dead, no one returned the emails I’ve sent. Terrible customer service. Can’t rate the products because they never arrived"
