"The price seems good, but sometimes the price isn't worth it. They take the money out, then they put it back in and take it out days later. It's silly, it's unnecessary to take it out twice - people get dinged for those transactions and out more money in the long run. They sent me the wrong items, I ordered handcuffs that extend to the ankles, got the soft handcuffs that do not extend. Along with sending me a defective vibe, this is the second time I have ordered and I am not sure I even want to order again. "
"My order is sitting in limbo with UPS because they did not put my apartment number on my package. I have contacted them, as UPS told me to, for them to update my address and was told they could not do that. I have to wait for my package to get sent back to them to even get a refund. It is currently 6 days since the day it was supposed to be delivered and it is still sitting there.
When I ask them to remedy this situation and cancel my order, I was told that they had already "stated" I would get my money back when they got the shipment returned to them. I work for a company that ships things and daily I call to have packages sent back to me. Seems like they just don't care to do anything."
"I ordered the We Vibe Nova and it’s an amazing ****. The flexibility, internal and external portions, and app for various settings is great. I got a good deal on it due to a 40% off sale. After 2 months, it stopped working and I was worried as I threw out the box which is apparently where the serial number is located. I contacted Pink Cherry to see if they keep track of this information, but instead they just told me to ship it back to them and they would replace it as We Vibe has a 1 year warranty for defects. I purchased a new product with them the next day!"

"I brought a **** for $75 and it stopped working after one time, I thought it was the batteries, but when I finally got around to replacing them discovered it still didn't work and was definitely a defective product. No big deal right? These online companies usually go good for replacements or refunds. WRONG. The response I received was the following: "Hi We are very sorry to hear this. This item comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty which we honour. Unfortunately, the item was purchased on October 1, 2019, and is no longer under warranty." I will never order from Pink Cherry again, if this was a local shop I could easily bring it back and get a refund or replacement."
