UPS lost my package and weren’t doing much of anything to help myself or PinkCherry, so they almost immediately offered me a refund AND told me I could KEEP the package at NO CHARGE if UPS finds it! They have the lowest shipping minimum requirement for free shipping I have seen AND they have sales and discount items regularly. "

"After confirming my fast shipping order to be received 4 days after the order was placed, I then recieved an email confirming a different total and changed shipping. I had to call for a refund on my Express shipping which was $15.00 to be told I wouldn't recieve the product until 3 weeks after I ordered. They said I could refuse the product for a refund. After my second expected arrival date passed, I called back only to hear for the 3rd time they don't know what's going on with anything from the representatives themselves. They then told me that the shipment hasn't been updated in a week and the package was still in another state. I asked for a refund right then because I can't refuse a product for a refund if I never receive it and they have no idea what is going on. The lady then refunded me my money after we ended the call, even though when I asked on the phone she said she count because it's already shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER FOR SOMETHING THAT MIGHT NOT COME FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE SAID THEMSELVES THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!"
