Website said part was in stock. it wasn't.

"Website said part was in stock. it wasn't. I paid for rush shipping and they sent the first part rush shipping and the actual part i needed was shipped the slowest possible route with no tracking information. its been 2 weeks and i have yet to see my part i ordered with 3 day rushed shipping. Phone support said the website said i was getting a partial shipment,. I want a refund for the time i wasted buying parts listed as in stock that were not. The fact you have a partial shipping option to rush the parts that are actually in stock and then you slow roll the parts that you said were in stock that actually were not in stock is ridiculous. "
