Sent wrong part - they're no help

"I ordered a rear taillight assembly for a 2005 c90 and was sent the wrong light. They will not exchange at all, will only return and then of course you have to wait a week for your money to be refunded. And they make you pay for return shipping! Ridiculous. "

UPS will pick the package up our location and once it's closer to the destination, the package will be handed off to USPS and can take 7-10 business days to be delivered. In the future, you may choose expedited shipping, as these packages are delivered via UPS only and delivered within 2-3 working business days.”
