"Last several orders have been damaged due to packing transmission gears without any wrapping around them. Returned them. Voiced our concerns. Said they would be wrapped and got replacements with no wrapping and all them damaged. They assured the next orders would be packed better. Decided to give it another chance. Todays orders showed up with a single piece of bubble wrap in the box. Not around any gears. Whole order is damaged. Going to take the bulk of our business somewhere else"
