"Two words....NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a control panel for our Maytag Dryer from these folks. It arrived in about a week, not too bad. Then I installed the part, only to find that it only allowed the dryer to start and stay on high. So I wrote to them and told them of the defective part, and asked them if I could at least hang on to this one until the replacement arrived. I offered my credit card number that I used for the original purchase for a deposit. Couldn't be done. So to try to save time, we went to the expense of overnighting it via fed ex and even paid for them to overnight it back. Almost one week passed when they announced they had received it and was overnighting the replacement back to us. LIARS!! They send it back regular postage and we got it 10 days later. So we spent many a day at the Laundromat waiting for our part to get here. The replacement we received is intermittent at best. Sometimes it works, but it does not control all the dryer functions. Horrible customer service. "

"Bought a control panel for my stove from them came in a week put it on myself and works perfect would buy from them again if I need to. I was scared at first because I had read all the negative reviews on here after I bought it, but they also have a ebay and amazon store with very good track record."

"Horrible company! Do not order from them! We ordered a color wheel for a TV in Sept. 2013, and still have not received the part as of November 6th!! They took our money off our business credit card on September 12 of course! Impossible to get ahold of someone in customer service. Will never order from them again!!!! Deserve and F grade!!"

"I ordered a power supply board (model BN44-00341B) for a tv. It arrives & it is totally the wrong part. Some used piece of junk. So I returned it following the return instructions, getting an RMA, etc. I requested that the shipping charge be refunded too since it was 100% their mistake. No response after 11 business days & 16 calendar days. I had to open up a claim through Paypal to get a response. They denied my total refund but offered the product price only. I took that to just end the nightmare. Horrible company!!! "

"Our dishwasher broke, local repair guy said the part to fix it wasn't made anymore, but we found it on partsimple - price was good, the picture and model number matched. Got a little nervous as I looked up these reviews after I ordered, but the correct part arrived in two days (probably helped that we were only one state over). Easily installed it and it fixed the dishwasher! Don't know how long it will last but it's run through two cycles now without any issues."

"This business lists (for sale online) difficult-to-find electronics parts but after purchase (via PayPal or CC) the customer never gets any product nor shipment status. Their "customer support" is just a voicemail box that promises to return your call (but no one ever calls). If the online (via their website) "contact us" support form is filled out (because ordered item not shipped or received) they also ignore the support request and never email the customer back. We had to open a PayPal claim against them after waiting nearly a month for a part that should've arrived in only a few days and their customer service is virtually non-existent. I feel that online they list (for sale) very hard to locate discontinued parts - basically just to borrow money. They have the customers funds for weeks and ignore any & all attempts to contact them. One has to open a claim via their payment service just to get them to respond. If this occurs with a large number of people/customers, it is basically USING customers for short-term loans. We were finally refunded via our PayPal complaints, but this company and their practices are not only rude & unethical but should be investigated. We put off selling an item of ours for an entire month because of this company failing to deliver our order and ignoring all attempts to contact them to inquire about our order status

Desired Outcome:
This company should STOP listing long-discontinued parts for sale. They are manipulating online search results by offing items that are no longer available (anywhere) then ignoring customer status requests and wasting peoples time & money.

"I should've checked BBB for their rating--its an F----
but i didnt, so shame on me!!!!
I ordered two items in good faith, one was $140 and the other item $2, before that, I checked w. "bobbi" the online chat agent to make sure they had it---to which answer was yes, because if they didnt, I wasnt going to pay $7.95 to ship a $2 item. I checked w. "bobbi" again a day later, and again, "bobbi" says it was goin to ship from two different locations. Well, that was fruitless, the $2 item shipped today, and when i went online to ask "bobbi" what was going on with the $140 item, "bobbi" says "they just found out" it was out of stock. So i was refunded only $6 of the $13.95 shipping charge of the $140 item and billed $7.95 for shipping on the $2 item. Does this make sense? If the larger item was not available, i would never have ordered to pay $7.95 to ship a $2 item. Also, going on their website, you can still order the $140 item and pay for it. So not sure how you can trust a company that has no ability to really check "for real" if they have an item. So beware consumers, don't trust "bobbi" and don't trust this company with an "F" rating from BBB, at this point, I am only praying that the $2 item i ordered is indeed the correct item. I have lost faith completely because if it isnt correct, then this was a expensive lesson to learn.

"DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! The first time the part arrived the very next day (as promised) but less than 2 weeks later it died. It was returned, per instructions with RMA# and they were supposed to ship out a new part within 24 - 48 hours. Now 2 weeks later and still no part and not answering phone calls or email. I'm starting to wonder if I will EVER see the part or my MONEY again."

"Holy Cow-stay away! Was desperate for a part for my washer that died- paid for overnight shipping only to have the part arrive four days later. When I tried to call, only got voicemail that no one ever answered, and a very curt email saying they refused to adjust my shipping fee after I requested it be lowered. Customer service is deplorable, they don't care about the customer- but, boy did that charge get put on my card in record time! Please go to a more reputable site that will respond to your customer needs- what I 'saved' has been completely ruined by their terrible support. I am escalating this to my credit card company."

"I don't have to much of a problem contacting them but I still do not have the part and I ordered it over a month ago everytime I ask about it they tell me a later date that it is going to get to them I could have paid 5 dollars more to Danby and had the part already this is a crappy company and I can not believe they are still in business all I can say is do not waist your time buying from them spend a little more and buy from someone that will have your item to you tomorrow."

"No problems at all i purchased a remont for my 3d TV after my kids lost it was worried because of all the negative reviews but for the price it was worth the gamble i ordered with pay pal on 6/11 at 6pm it was at my house on 6/13 5pm did not even have time to look up the tracking number thanks for coming through "

"I ordered a speaker in January 2013. It never showed up so I inquired about it and was told it was on back order for another month...and then another month. I waited patiently until it was apparent it was never going to ship. I asked for a refund and requested that the order be canceled. Since then, despite my repeated attempts, I have not been able to communicate with them via email, phone or paypal. Paypal gave a couple dollars back to protect their own name which was nice. I would suggest that nobody ever orders from partsimple.com. Pay a couple dollars extra someplace else if you have to, it isnt worth the hassle or the risk."

"What a screw-up web merchant!!
I am looking for the Sharp R651ZS microwave. For some reason, the only in store retail store I can find this product is in Bestbuy for $169.00. So, I went online and try to find out more info about this microwave.
Well, I found it on Partsimple. Their price listed as $1499.99. Wow...I hope what they are selling must be gold plated. But I don't really see any different from the picture they posted. So, for curosity, I added to cart to find out if that is their final price. Wow.. another blow, this one much better. They only charge me $1.00 for the microwave, and $42.95 for shipping. So, I can their toll free number to see what is going on. The lady told me she works at the customer service department and can not comment on the price. Basically, she won't able to answer any of my question.
So, I suppose I can take advantage of their screw up and order the unit for $1.00. But I don't think I want to take the chance with such screw up online merchant. You will never know what they will do to your order once you placed it.
Good luck to anyone who what to try that....
