"I purchased a replacement door handle for Whirlpool microwave. The part from Partsimple arrived but there were no instructions on how to install. I spent some time trying to figure it out but could not - it is not obvious how remove the current handle and put new one on. I contacted them and they said they do not provide instructions. By this time the 30 day return period had expired so I cannot return the part I cannot figure out how to install. If you need an appliance part try Appliancepartspro.com - they have a 365 day return policy. "

"Ordered a motherboard for GE / Hotpoint WR55X10942. Part came in within a few days. After connecting to my fridge, both freezer and refrigerator did not cool, digital temperature read out just flashed zeros. Had a repair man come look and advised the new motherboard doesn't work.

I called the company to resend a new board, they offered to send overnight for free. Part never came. I am not waiting on a second attempt to get a motherboard. If this fails I will call my bank within the 30 days time frame to dispute the payment.

"I searched their site for a water filter for my Frigidaire refrigerator and used the model number, their search feature came up with the wrong filter number. Without having a way besides to put the filter out and physically check the number I had no way of knowing their filter number (no manual available for fridge) was wrong. Ordered 2 at looked like a good price and paid $10 shipping. Went to install and found filter to be incorrect. Cost me $12 to ship them back and they would not take shipping charge off of new order for correct filter. Went to Amazon and found both filters (right and wrong one) for $5 less with free shipping. DON'T TRUST their search feature and their customer service sinks. Never again. "

"I fell for the price of the part. I ordered it and it showed up fast. Problem is the part I ordered caused my fridge to go crazy with all the display flashing and nothing working. I emailed back and they gave me a RMA# to send it back. I checked my tracking number and they received it back 5 days after I received it. I have heard nothing back from them at all. I emailed them twice and nothing. They have no customer service phone number at all... Good luck, it's better to just pay a little more local then be without a fridge for weeks. "

"I used this re-manufactured board in my Whirlpool Duet Dryer (WEB9200SQ1). The part works perfectly in place of the old board (which had burnt out after many years of use).

Partsimple was good to work with as well. The system kept me informed at every point of the shipping process; the part arrived on time and in excellent condition.

"Light bulb blew out and took out the control board. The remanufactured board has a wire soldered on the the rear of the board where my original burned up. It is a quick, easy, job to replace. This Board is a deal, it is the exact board, a direct replacement for the W10135090 and a whole lot less than any other place I was able to find. Thank You"

"Shipped microwave part that didn't fit. Difficult to get ahold of customer service. When I finally did they acted if they were me doing a favor to let me return it. Charged a 15% restocking fee and payed almost the refunded amount to return ship item. I will not be a repeat customer, I would tell others to avoid this merchant. I subsequently purchased the part from Sears Parts Direct, which I wish I choose to begin with."

"Partsimple is deceiving and a rip off!!!!!
I paid $141 for a Briggs and Stratton 293950 carb. from Partsimple. I went with them because there description stated Briggs And Stratton 293950

"New OEM Part". I received a China knock off that I could have purchased from other internet sellers for 1/3 the cost. The carb was totally out of adjustment and leaks gas!!! Time will tell what kind of service I will receive. I believe Partsimple should reimburse the $100 difference since there description is so deceptive and the product so poor..VERY DISAPPOINTING in my purchase....

"I was in dire need of a motor control unit for my Daughter's washer,local and on line prices were as much as $250.00.I was able to find one at Partsimple for $95.00 Witch I quickly ordered. Then I read customer reviews on Partsimple,most were not kind,in fact they made me sorry I'd ordered from that co.This story has a happy ending. The MCU arrived as promised and even though it was listed as remanufactured part, it looked new.The part fit perfectly and the washer is working like new."

They failed to inform that my purchase was special order, they have no idea if they can fulfill my order or when, and they won't cancel the order.
