"I ordered pc boards from them before and although it worked it was not "factory reconditioned" it was used.when i complained it was a greasy mess they just sent me another in the same condition. On this episode the board worked for 1 hr so they send me a "1 time return tag" so they estimate 1-4 days return to me and after waiting 6 days finally looked into it and found the pkg was not being delivered because there was a problem. i called them and was told they couldnt get info from ups! so after arguing with them and having to join ups's website to find out that THEY got the address wrong. (NOT UPS) still to this day i never received an apology or even to admit they made a mistake! weeks later now I got an apology but still blaming ups when it was they're fault!!!! they got the address wrong and being more than the third time they mailed to me there is no excuse! After much aggravation and fighting with ups I finally discovered that corecentric and partsimple are the same company!!! so i reordered the board thru corecentric and paid MORE money for the same lousy sneaky service! btw they are probably affiliated with sears because the parts have the sears vendor codes on them. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST THE SAME FOR YOU! "

"We paid for part in good faith that they would send a WORKING part. We received a defective part, dead on arrival 10/08/2014, and called them to have part replaced or issued a refund. We followed their directions EXACTLY, returning the dead part, only to still be trying to get a refund (no longer want a replacement part as we do not trust they will send an actual working part) on 11/18/2014. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can! They will send you dead parts and refuse to replace it with a working part or issue you a refund! "

"Ordered an item almost a month ago that has yet to ship. The shipping date is now over a month after my purchase date. I would cancel the order, but that's against their policy, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Definitely would not consider using this company again."

"Buying parts from Partsimple is great. After researching online, I found the part I needed for my dryer at half the price of other websites. Despite some negative reviews about Partsimple, I made the purchase anyway due to the price. The part came within a week. When I tried to fix my dryer, it turned out I didn't double check the part I needed and ordered the wrong part. I emailed Partsimple about a replacement. They told me to order a new one and send the old one back. Within a week, the new part came. I was expecting a 85% refund on the old one due to restocking fee. However, Partsimple gave me the full refund within the week. Can't ask for better customer service than that!"

"I purchased a Samsung TV stand by model number and they sent the wrong one then do not send a return shipment method + they charge a 15 percent restocking fee for there mistake.

"Bad customer support. I will never order from them again. Before you place an order call their toll free number that will tell you everything you need to know about this company. Emails were respond to but seem to be canned emails. Chat window on avaliable at times. I would not recommend"

"I ordered a part a month ago. They debited my Paypal account. I contacted them last night and they cancelled my order stating that the part was discontinued by the manufacturer. I had to contact them. They kept my money for over a month and I have lost a month in solving my problem. So they get an F in customer service, follow-up and resolution of the issue."

"Terrible company take your money right away and when shipping date comes and goes they just give you a new date in another 2 weeks. I could have got this part from someone else but they have my money and the no refunds or cancellations on special orders is a joke. "Finding Partsimple.com was like Christmas in the summer. I had been looking for a dryer replacement part and the only one I could find was at searsdirect.com. They would not sell me the part directly, only shipping it to an "authorized technician" and have them install it, with a two-week wait time. (Who wants to wait two weeks to be able to do laundry without taking it somewhere else?!) I would have to pay the cost of the part, the technician's time, and travel cost. I knew I could install it myself, and I'm a 59-year-old grandmother. Not willing to pay those costs, or wait, I searched some more and was thrilled to find partsimple. They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, and also offered overnight shipping. I received the part promptly the next morning, in excellent condition, and installed it myself in 15 minutes. I would certainly recommend partsimple for availability of parts, reasonable cost, and prompt service."

"Absolutely the worst online retailer I've ever had the experience of working with. After I placed my "in-stock, ships within 1-day order", the order was processed and when reviewing it was then listed as "special order 7-10 days". I needed the part quickly, so I attempted to cancel the order. Apparently, they can take orders real quick, but cancelling them takes quite some time. Since the part was supposed to be 7-10 days out, I figured it'd get cancelled and went ahead and ordered from another vendor. Wrong assumption, a few days later I received an e-mail that my order was shipping. They did provide a note saying as a "courtesy" they tried to cancel, and also were going to provide a "courtesy RMA# to allow me to ship it back to them at my cost. Also, tried to call customer service line, no luck there either. Careful with this two-bit operation, deal with at your own risk! "

"Ordered a part 6/12 and other than a purchase confirmation at the time of the order, no communication whatsoever from part simple; so a few weeks later I follow up to find out the order status and I'm told it's a special order part (no mention of that at the time of my order) and is on backorder but will ship 7/25. Okay, I'm not unreasonable; 7/25 comes and goes and still I hear nothing. (even if no shipping/tracking email, how about an update!!??!!) I email again and am told that it will ship 8/12. At that time I give up and ask them to cancel the order. I get a follow up email to that letting me know that they'll "try" to cancel it but since it's a special order I may not be able to! Really?!?!?!? I've been buying online for well over 15 years and without a doubt this is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had."

"I had the worst customer experience with Partsimple.com. I will never order from there again. First it took a almost month for my order to get to me. All because of one part that would never be in stock anyways. Then I had a part that needed to be returned and at took a month to get my money back.
Customer service is rude always because it is the same person handling all of the customer service.
