"The part was exactly the right part for my washing machine I paid for 3 day shipping but that isent what I got it took 3 weeks to get ny part FedEx wouldn't release it earlier then the date partselect.com told them to so it sat at a warehouse 5 miles from my home for almost 2 weeks to be delivered on the date specified customer service was rude and wouldn't do anything to authorize FedEx to deliver it so my suggestion is if you aren't in a hurry for the part they do have the right pieces for the right price but if you pay for faster shipping your wasting your money and you will be stuck waiting"

" Have always had good experience with PartSelect for past purchases so we always go to their site first. Yes, recd what we ordered in good time. However, it obviously wasn't the problem with our oven (our misdiagnosis). Installed items ordered easily using great video on their website. However, when we turned the oven back on and set temp at 400, oven went into overdrive and temp ran up to 500 plus. Turned oven off; but even turned off, lower burner was still radiating brightly and temp continued going up. Had to unplug the stove. Obviously, needed replacement GE oven control board. Sadly, PartSelect didn't have any available and we could only find used ones at a couple of other sites (oven is and oldie but has been a goodie). Had to settle for for another part supply place. PartSelect is still our first go-to supplier for parts."
