"I placed an order for 1000' of cord in mid October. Apparently, I had overlooked a checkbox whereby I acknowledged that it might take up to 6 weeks to get my order. However, most places I do business with would wait to charge my credit card until they are able to complete the order. Thus, I had to wait 6 weeks before my credit card company could dispute the charge and return the money to my account. I tried several times to contact the company, but each time the "mailbox is full".

Perhaps, as they claim, they are just so swamped with orders that they cannot fulfill their responsibilities. In that case, I will help them out by never ordering from them again.

"I stumbled upon ParacordMaster website by accident and I was surprised of the wide variety of colors available. I decided to place an international order (I'm from Italy) and asked for specific delivery requests by email, which I sent right after the checkout (since the website doens't provide a form for special requests). Unluckily, despite my debit card was charged the same day, all I got was an automatic response via email. After a week, I sent another mail and all I got was the same automatic response.

Till now, I don't know whether the goods were shipped or not (in case they did, the address I specifed wouldn't be excact any more), nor if they will ever be shipped. ALL of the items I ordered were IN STOCK.

I plan to call by phone before winter holidays, I'm not in a hurry, just would like to have the items shipped to the right address. If I won't get cooperation from the company I plan to contact a lawyer in the USA (I'm a lawyer myself but of course I can't work outside Italy).

Just wish I read these reviews before actually placing my order...

"Awful, dishonest, and thieving sham. I also ordered in October and still don't have my stuff. I am luckier than some because I got some of my stuff, but the part of my order I really wanted is nowhere to be seen. Multiple attempts to contact have been ignored. I do't know how this guy can live with himself. DO NOT SHOP HERE."

"Terrible customer service. I placed my order on 10/27/11. At that time there was nothing on the website that said there was going to be any delay. All of the items I ordered were listed as in stock. Despite several emails, I still have not received any reply as to when the order might be fulfilled. Despite being so busy, they did manage to find the time to charge my debit card."

"Hey Brandon, if you are not a scam, you certainly will not be in business long. I too have an order 100004478 going on 7-8 weeks with no response after several emails and calls. To me it seems the policy is after 6 weeks you can have a full refund, I would like my refund, as I don't see my order ever coming. You are losing customer after customer, soon the internet will be bombarded with bad reviews, you business, if you dare call it that will crumble. Do you have any idea what a business plan is. Yea, send me your cell number, I would love to clue you in."

"I ordered on Oct. 20th and haven't received anything in my order. I got the same automated response via email that everyone else has gotten. When I called the phone # again today (over 6 wks later) it STILL says the vm box is full and cannot accept messages. This is absolutely ridiculous."

"I am in the same boat as everyone else! The fad is over, there is NO RUSH now. What a waste!
I did get through by phone once and spoke to a young lady that had endless and tiring excuses.
If the business I am in was run this way, I would have been out of business a long time ago. Maybe a Mass Tort Lawyer will get wind of this and a Large Class Action Lawsuite will be in order.
This has to be the WORST on-line experience I have EVER had!
Thanks Paracord for nothing!

"PARACORD MASTER SUCKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order for $29.48 on October 8th. Today is December 8th and I have not received any of my order. I placed numerous phone calls, and emails requesting immediate fulfillment of my order or immediate refund. I received a auto-reply email citing terms & conditions...SCAM. I called credit card company and filed a dispute. Filed complaint with Utah BBB. www.bbb.org/utah/complaint/new/22271332 and the Consumer Complaints division of the Attorney General's office. I don't care what his terms & conditions say, it is not legal to take money and not provide product or service paid for.
No surprise his BBB rating is an F.

"WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered 4, 100' rolls of paracord from them OVER 6 WEEKS AGO and have not had any shipping confirmation or anything. I've called numerous times and sent tons of emails and only get automated responses back. They try to play this poor me guilt trip saying how they're a growing company and have too few employees. Thats a bunch of b***sh**!
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Read more reviews, they're all the same. This is a company of crooks and thieves and they've stolen $32.28 from me and will not respond to a single call or email. I legitimately have never dealt with such a terrible company. 0 stars! -10000 stars if I could. Oh! And they won't let you get a refund either because "they're too small." Worst. Company. EVER.

"This is a verbatim of what i sent to the BBB as a Compliant:
Consumer's Original Complaint :
Lack of communication and reasoning behind delay of shipment. And horrid customer service.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the Customer Service Manger via email and phone to get a updates in regards to my order.
The only responses i have received is the automated reply from customer service email address of how the they sorry for the delay and that clear time line of when they will be receiving and consequently shipping any/all of the items ordered be their customers. The one email I have received from there customer service department that was no from the automated reply system was a carbon copy of the reason/excuse sent by the fore mention auto reply system. At the bottom of the last emails i have requested they contact me via telephone and have list the number to which i answer 24hr a day.

On the numerous occasions i tried to call the numbers they list on their website and email. On one of my may attempts i tried for almost 2hr straight. Here is summary of my experiences to each of the numbers listed.
***-***-**** -rings 3-4 times then states that this mail box is full and disconnects or instantly states the mail box is full then disconnects.

***-***-****-rings for 2-3 minutes then changes to a busy signal or instantly goes to a busy signal.
***-***-****-rings for 2-3 minutes then changes to a busy signal or instantly goes to a busy signal.

MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER : After attempting to via the ***-***-**** & ***-***-**** numbers listed for customer service again. Both would ring for approximately 2 minutes then switch to automated message from the phone carrier stating "we are unable to reach the wireless customer, please try again later."

I will be contacting my bank/credit card company in the near future to see if they can possible get some kind of response. Also contacting the Cedar City Area Chamber of Commerce to file a formal complaint of poor/fraudulent business practices.

"Customer service number one? I guess the finger they are using is the middle finger. I ordered on October 14th it is now December 5th. I was going to make bracelets for family members for Christmas due to my unemployment. I spent the few dollars I had left so that I could give a little something for the holidays. I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone only to get a full mailbox or a busy signal and sent four emails and have not received one response. I have also tried to check for an update status on my account and it does not recognize my email and password. Customer service #1, it must be nice to have a job taking peoples hard earned money while they are just trying to stay afloat. I'm sure you'll have a nice Christmas."

"I have been waiting for my order from ParacordMaster since Oct. 4th. That would be 8 weeks and not ONE SINGLE ITEM has been received. No where on the invoice does it state that I agreed that it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery: oh did I say I am now 2 weeks beyond the 6 weeks window. The canned email responses and the empty responses by the owner have not resulted in any resolution, i.e. delivered products. I have not seen any customer coming forward supporting these thieves?

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THE COMPANY, If you won't miss your cash donate it to a good cause: not these crooks. Shame on you ParacordMaster. I just placed an order with a great Wisconsin based company: Buckle Runner. I had a shipment problem with them once and received return calls from CS. ParacordMaster call them 1-***-***-**** to ask them how they fufill orders and respond to customer calls.

"I placed a pretty good size order back in September for my son and I to have for Christmas gift etc. At that time none of the products stated they were on back order and no where along placing my order did it state they were back logged, so I assumed all items where in stock. Several weeks went by without receiving order, so I checked my order online, "Processing" it still said. I went to "contact us" where for the first time I was made aware that they where out of stock on everything and heavily back logged. I sent a message to express my dismay. A few days later I received an email and stating that they were expecting shipments and I should see my order soon. In November I finally received a package. Much to my son and I's disappointment it was a tiny fraction of the products we ordered. I called many time and got the recording or busy signal or contiuous ringing. I final got through to a human a few weeks ago who assured me that they would be getting some very large shipments within the next week and that they would change my order to ship my items as they received the product. Since this time I have not heard or seen any more products. I have been trying to calling them for over two weeks at all times of day and can not get through. I sent them another message through their website several days ago to just cancel the remainder of my order (over $100) and have not heard anything back. Sincerely, Anita "

"I placed my order on Oct 3rd - I called several times and sent several emails in regards to receiving an estimated time of arrival for my order and I even paid the extra shipment charge to get things sent to me as they came in. The only response I ever received was the typical CUT AND PASTE RESPONSE TELLING ME THAT ALL ORDERS WOULD TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO FILL.. well guess what, on Nov 10 I called several times and finally after HUNDREDS OF RINGS someone picked up. They told me that since I was a few days shy of the 6 weeks they were not able to give me a refund. Fine. On Nov 18th (4 days after the 6 weeks mark!!) I called again, and was met with yet another HUNDRED rings before someone finally answered. The rep I spoke with was very nice, said I would be receiving a full refund within the next 48 hrs back on to the card I placed the order on. On Nov 25th I called again because I had not yet received that refund and out of the 20+ CALLS MADE NONE WERE EVER ANSWERED! Today is Dec 7th, I still have not received my refund, I still have not received my order (WHICH I NEITHER WANT NOR NEED ANYMORE!!!!) and I still have not received any word from anyone at PM. This organization is in serious need of getting their act together! I am one SERIOUSLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!"

"Do not do business with Paracord Master. I am in the same boat as all of these other reviewers. How do you plan to do run a business when you tell the customer, thanks for your money... now I'll order your product. What I really think is that the company hopes the customer forgets about their order after 6-8 weeks and you just pocket the money. I ordered on 11/1... still haven't seen my product. Also... I was double charged and it took 3 phones calls to the store to get someone to SPEAK to and get my refund for the duplicate charge. But, of course they won't refund my original order until after my 6 week sentence is up. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company."
