Im not going to go into great detail, since its been said again and again on here. Paracord Master and owner Brandon are liars and thieves. Its disgusting that you are promising on your website and through automated emails that "new orders ship in 1 business day" yet you cant fulfill an order that is 2-3 months old?
No replies to emails, calls never answered. Total scam artists.

DONT give this company the benefit of keeping your money any longer. File a complaint with BBB, file a dispute with your CC. Brandon and Paracord Master dont deserve to be able to run a business.

"I, like all the rest of us who placed an order back in November, have not received any of the product that I ordered. The phone number on the website has been disconnected and there is no reply to emails. Do NOT buy anything from this seller. I have heard that they are going out of business and probably don't intend to fulfill anyone's order. I wish that I would have seen these reviews before I purchased anything from these dishonest people. I purchased from them because they were the cheapest, I should have known better... Now my son's class is out $113.18. Money that was to go to a fundraiser for a class field trip at the end of the year. Way to go Paracord Master!! What a joke!!"
"I encourage everyone to go to bkindustries.net on facebook and write a negative recommendation, they took down there facebook page for paracordmaster because of all the negative posts and since bk is the parent company of paracord master and wont do anything about getting our money or orders we should do the same to there facebook page!!!!!"

"Still waiting on order that was placed on October 7, 2011. Tried calling phone numbers provided and can't get through. When I sent in an email to them. I received Auto Reply email stating:
We are sorry, however we can no longer manage the increase of emails we are receiving and will no longer be monitoring this email address. Please refer below for answers to frequently asked questions.
They charged my card when order was placed but I still have not received anything. I will never order from them again."
"I would take any positive feedback towards ParacordMaster with a grain of salt. Do some homework you will find scores of info about this company and none of it is good. Placed 22 orders mid October, after 3 weeks I come to find out about the "6week" for backorder, oddly everything you order from them is backordered. At the 6refund week mark I ACTUALLY get through and speak with a CS rep, she informs me it would be an additional 2 to 3 weeks. I as for a refund and conformation of this transaction, was told I would see refund in a week and I really didn't need a conformation number. From Dec to now 100's of phone calls that no one answers, emails that get no replies or auto replies. Only contact with them was forced through by the BBB and even still this company refuses to refund my money, stateing Utah law requires a hard copy request by mail? Don't do bussiness here, or anywhere else BK industries is."

"I ordered some paracord back in 17 October, 2011. The company has still to date not responded to a single phone call or email and failed to deliver the requested product. I have even asked for my money back and they have failed to even do that. They are a fraudulent company and their website should be taken down."

I placed an order on October 22, complained about the late delivery and deceptive means of securing orders on December 9, and received an email reply saying I could substitute for other colors they had in stock. Sent an immediate reply with my substitutions, and to date (Jan 7 . . . 11 weeks since my original order) I have not received the products ordered.
My next step is a complaint to the Attorney General of Utah, and the Better Business Bureau."
