"Do NOT buy from this company. They operate as a false business. They will take your order but have no intention of shipping product to you and then when you request a refund, they require you to send it in writing.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

"I too like all those that posted ordered on 10/25/11. I was told it may take up to 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks. I have emailed them over 15 times and only got one human resonse saying call them to get substitutions for the items they didnt have, that was around the 5 week mark. I tried calling the 3 numbers they gave me over 200 times in the last 4 weeks never to get an answer. I even tired the personal cell of the owner (that was a joke same message about how busy they are and full inbox).
I bought more than most here as I teach classes in the bracelets and spent almost 200.00. I sure hope my credit card will refund me as I cant get anyone at Paracord Masters to respond. Masters, thats a joke, masters of stealing I guess.

To anyone looking for cord do not use this place, they had great enticing prices to start but now they are no cheaper than others, and the frustration you have will not be worth any savings.

It really makes me mad not that they are saying orders will be shipped within 24 hours but the cant even send me one pack on the cord I ordered over 2 months ago.

I will be filing complaints with them with the BBB and anyone else I can find. We need to do something to shut this crooked place down.
I sure wish I had seen this place before ordering.
I am too trusting but from now on will look for reviews before I order online.

Currently all items showing on the site are in stock and ready to ship out on all new orders and will typically do so within 1 business day.

Many colors are the same although they have different names. I.e. Silver grey is the same color as foliage green, because of this it is possible for you to receive a package with an alternative name on it as what you ordered however the product you ordered is the product you received.

Color varies depending on batches of cord, pictures will not be exactly like the cord you receive due to monitor variations, batch differences, lighting and other various reasons.

Unfortunately due to business situations that have arisen we can no longer offer substitutions on any orders. All requests that have been sent in that have not been filled will no longer be filled. We apologize for this situation but your order will be fulfilled once your special order arrives at the store for you. Please remember that all orders made prior to December 15th were special orders only and you signed a contact to wait the designated time frame for your order. Update hours after this original post:

ALL email addresses to paracord masters have been shut down. I tired 4 different ones and everyone I got back we are not responding to this email anymore.
Then tired Brandons personal number he so kindly gave, now its disconnected. Yep all legit business give you no way of contacting them.

follow up 1/27/12 I have now also filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center and suggest everyone here does the same, the address is http://ic3.gov

"overall pretty good this time around, they have really stepped up from where they were a couple of months ago. This order was delivered quickly and was complete upon arrival. Showed up about 5 days after I made the order. Only complaint this time around is I still haven't received the remainder of my order I placed back in september even though when I checked the stock my remaining items are listed as in stock."

"SCAM!! I placeded a $60.00 order on 9-17-11 and still have not received my merchandise. Attempts to call have been unanswered. I wish I had done my homework and checked their F rating with the Utah BBB. I will not do business with Paracord Master again, and urge anyone not wanting a major headache to avoid them. I ordered 550 paracord from Robby's All Outdoor and More and received my order in two days. "

"I also have fallen prey to there scam I ordered got no response site was vague as to what was in stock and what wasn't I will givethe benefit of the doubt due to the large demand on paracord but don't send me an email saying your using my money to finance your business if you don't have the money then vet out . It's a shame google list them high on the search returns maybe less people would get burned"

"I agree with everyone here. I placed my order beginning of Oct and then 2 weeks later another order and spent $100 and still haven't received anything. I am paying interest on my credit card for a product I don't have. They are offering 24 hr shipping on "new" orders, what about the old ones? I am furious and there is nothing I can do. They wont give me a refund without charging a restocking few? Restocking fee for an item they don't even have? I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone."

"yes total rip off, you mean no one has gone there and shot them. I ordered 9 strands of 100 feet received 2 out of the 9, have done the same thing called emailed and so on what bs. I have been waiting over 3 months now going on to 3 months.
It isnt even a real business phone numbers you give your a non exsisting, mail box full be real what business has mail box full and only 2 phones, such a joke everyone check this out before they order, learned my lesson, so I guess I have to go thru the hassle with my card company to get my money,

"Worst customer service ever. I placed an order on October 16th and still have not received it, a refund, or any contact whatsoever from this company. I have attempted multiple times to contact 3 different phone numbers listed on their website with no success. The voice mailbox is full, the lines are busy or there is no answer. It is ridiculous! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! For everyone else in this predicament, I did contact my bank and filed a dispute. My bank has refunded me the amount of my order. Good luck!"

"Stay away total rip off. No response from them numerous emails, sent emails to all the addresses provided including the owners, same with phone numbers encluding messages left on owners cell phone. Ordered mid October had to do charge back thru credit card company to get full refund. I suggest everyone who has an outstanding order with Paracordmaster do the same with thier credit card company dispute the charge today! With most credit card companies you only have 60 days to dispute.Overall rating for Paracordmaster is a 0 across the board total ripoff. Has a F rating with Utah's BBB 40 plus compliants.

"I placed my order with Paracord Master on September 12, 2011. I received part of my order on November 3, 2011. I have had the same experience as just about everyone else who has complained. Sent multiple emails only to get an automated reply, tried to call but voice mail is full, emailed again. Today's email I find out they're offering substitutions. Well what they're offering IS WHAT I ORDERED!! So why aren't they shipping? I'm really tired of this and am grateful my first and last order with them was only for about $30 and not $300. I don't think they even deserve 1 star, I am more than "Very Dissatisfied." They may have low prices but it doesn't matter if you never get your order. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else!"

"I placed an order mid november. I have emailed and called paracord masters almost since I placed my order. I would just like to know when I will get myorder filled. I had planned to make Christmas gifts with the cord I ordered but from the other reviews I have read it looks like I will need to look else where to get my paracord. This just goes to show in this case that you get what you pay for. If you want quality customer service you have to pay for it. I do not have an order number. The biggest thing anyone can learn from this is to read the entire disclosures. I did not unroll after I placed my order. It was too late. READ all before ordering at this site. They are not prepared for business in the cyber world. I hope they have learned from their mistakes. I know I have. The only way I would use them again is id they corrected their way too long wait time and if I received some sort of compensation for the long delay."

"I placed an order for my 13 year old son, who made bracelets for a Susan G. Koman fund-raiser. We placed our order on 11/3/11 and now we are in the process of returning everyones donation money back because we have yet to get any response from Paracord Master. I have emailed several times as well as made many failed attempts to call.

We have been extremely patient and I understand when someone is busy, but to not return any calls or emails to at least give an update is unacceptable, since our money has already been taken 5 weeks ago. WE JUST WANT WHAT WE BOUGHT!

"I notice every reply is a cut and paste of the same response. I ordered Oct.26th and never saw any notice of order backlog on website as stated. I'm "only" out $24 but still, no one likes to throw money away. The honorable thing to do would be to suspend orders until those who have paid get their products. Also a 30% restocking fee is nothing short of robbery. If I don't have my order in 60 days, discover card will refund the whole price. I mean really, I ordered 6 bracelets.
. How much longer could it possibly be ? So much for Christmas gifts.

"IF YOU WANT TO EVER RECIEVE YOUR ORDER I RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER VENDOR. I placed my order near mid September! 9-18-11. They said on their sight that if any on the items I ordered were on back order, it would take "up to" 6 weeks for my order to ship. Well it is now December 11. Last month they sent me 2 of the 7 items I ordered. No invoice. You cannot reach them by email or phone. All I get are auto respond emails making excuses. And always a statement of how they told me it would take 6 weeks. Well Paracord Masters (lol masters) can you do the math? Sept to Dec???? VERY IMPORTANT. For those of you that were duped into making a purchase from them, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY GIVE YOU THAT, "NO REFUND LIE" I just got off the phone with my bank after reporting them for fraud, They said I will be recieving a FULL refund. You see, policy or not. If you tell somebody you are selling them something, then you dont deliver. It is a fraud. Fraud is a crime. Now, accident do happen, orders get lost, ya ya ya. But really? Look at this looooooooooong list of folks that paid, and never recieved. So, call your bank, get back your money.

"Placed order Oct 30. web site said at that time I could expect a 6 week wait. Now says 12 weeks and still haven't heard a word from them. Wish I had seen these reviews before I sent them my 76.00. Don't know what recourse I have except to learn from My mistake and agree with everone else that this company is the biggest online ripoff I have ever seen."
