"I love to shop at PR however this store is very closed in & crowded feeling. Now that Goodman’s home goods are in store, it is even more crowded. Would love to see the store enlarged or Gordmans in a different store front."

"Although it was about mid-day on Black Friday the departments were for the most part organized and clean which made shopping much easier. I had visited several other stores in the area and some of them were so disorganized that it made shopping next to impossible. Obviously the store employees were working really hard at keeping up with the general disorganization that comes with this type of holiday shopping. Again it made shopping much easier and it was one of my more enjoyable stops of the day."
"The questions were spot on, however we needed to be able to respond about the wait time for check out. My mom and I waited behind another lady at the counter. The other end if the counter had customers as well. There were two employs just talking to each other and ignored us. After a while the lady in front of us said excuse me... the ladies stopped talking and said oh that counter is closed. You need to go over there. Really???? You made us wait that long and didnt tell us. We didn’t say anything and just went to another line and went on about our day."
