"I love this store but over the last year or so I have had nothing but issues with the customer service. Today was the last straw. The lady at the register was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes huffing and being very disrespectful. Not just to me but the guests before and after me. There was a young man that helped me in men's clothing that was kind and helpful. I thought well maybe the last few times were just a fluke until I got to check out. I have been a shopper of stage all of my life and use to love the Conroe location but after the way I was treated tonight I do not know that I will be going back or telling anyone to go there. It os a shame that the customer service has gotten this bad. I hope that something can be done before this store starts loosing ground as the area is growing so much. Customer service in my eyes is key. Being a manager of a large company for mens clothing for 5 years I would have NEVER allowed thus kind of attitude to take place. The ASM is aware this took p"
"The Ladies Restroom was in pretty bad shape and needed/needs to be cleaned more than once a day, Air Freshener needs to automatically be dispensed, paper towels to dry hands were not available."
