Contacting Pacific and their column supplier to finally determine which hardware can, and should be used was a unnecessarily difficult process that took several phone calls and delayed installation several days. Detailed hardware/install instructions, necessary in some states for permit review/approval, were not available, or not acceptable. "

"Your product is amazing! The problem is you are not shipping the column tops/heads properly, as they arrived damaged. The first shipment of five column tops arrived. Every one damaged! Your customer service folks were great and they sent me five replacements; however they arrived damaged as well. My contractor had to apply a bonding product to try and fix them the best he could. The problem as I see it is you are mounting the column tops to a pallet and just covering them with shrink wrap, which does not protect them. It is hard for me to understand why you wouldn't want to protect the beautiful product you are selling."
