"I was very satisfied with pacific columns. They were extremely helpful and convenient to use. They got my order to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Only thing is one of the Columns was damaged from shipping but was repairable."

"i oedered 10 inch by 10 foot non tapered columns and capitals and bases,i give 1 out of 5 stars,1 because they got here very fast,my problem is ,and i have been a union carpenter for 30+yrs,the columns are not made with a true end,there is bumps and slag from the process,i have to true each one,just another step that could of been avoided if they were made with a little more care ,the capitals are not flat they are arked,which means they will split when they are screwed to the top,the bases are made with the cheapest plastic,that appears will shatter if a bird sat on it,not happy at all will not recomend to anyone friend or foe,thats all i have to say about that,"

"My experience has been absolutely unprofessional, disappointing, and quite irritating. We placed our order on 10/8/2013 and received a email confirmation that day stating our order would be shipped within 5-7 business days. We had made several phone calls in the following days to make sure everything was on schedule and was assured it was. 9 days later we were told that the order has in fact not been processed and the new ship date was "improved" to 10/28/2013. I have spoken to multiple sales reps, managers, and customer service agents whom all were absolutely no help in the matter. The entire job site is at a stand still until the column covers come in so they can get their final inspections. I am very dissatisfied and would not order from Pacific Columns again."

My contractor commented that they were nicer than the ones he buys from his usual supplier. The delivery went well, the project completed and I would definitely use Pacific Columns in the future. "At first glance, I thought I could have done some long term business with Pacific Columns, but it turns out that they do not pay any attention to the costomer's needs but the sale. I have instructed one of their representative that I would only be available to accept delivery at a certain time frame and they acted like it was fine. The outcome was that it was not fine, they sent me the items 2 weeks before schedule and cost me hundreds of dollars to intercept the delivery. When I recieved the quick shipment there was only 6 columns there. I guess I should of looked more closely at the quote. Disappointed I had to pay $285 to get my seventh column "
