"I wish I had checked out this company (who owns: Endura Stone, Timber Craft Millwork, Signature Series Wood, Architectural PVC, Lifetime Vinyl, Endura Craft, ENDURATHANE, IRONCREST, ENDURA WOOD, BUILDERSCHOICE, AMERICRAFT, PREMIER WOOD TURNINGS and a few others.
You will NOT get your order on time and they will NOT contact you to let you know that your order could be up to a month late. When you call them to see where you order is, expect a rude woman to tell you that "Your's is not the only order."
Well, no ****, but since your company promised me one date and now has gone back on that twice, I think I have the right to ask when I can expect the items you took my money for.
They will try to blame the delay on the manufacturers, despite the fact that they are the manufacturers!!!!
The BBB should investigate this company for fraud. "

"UNFORTUNATELY they are doing business under several names. The company I had the unfortunate fate to deal with was Architectural Depot, that's http://www.architecturaldepot.com/ the other company they are doing business as is http://www.pacificcolumns.com/

We placed an order on 9/19/16, paid an additional 75 dollars to expedite. What a joke, that still takes over a month. Received a package from FedEx freight that was so poorly packaged the entire shipment was destroyed and had to be refused. I had contractors on site the following day to install columns that were not there which cost additional money.

After calling the company to get an understating on how long a new expedited replacement would be I finally gave up after three repeated tries with no answers or information and told them to cancel the order. Columns had to be custom built to complete the job on time. That cost me additional money. Archtectural Depot refused to cancel the order even though it was time sensitive and I paid additional for expedited shipping to get them on time and could not use them due to their warehouse's terrible packaging.

They are now still trying to ship me columns after my contractor built custom columns. They have billed my card even though I have no product. I am having to go through the dispute process with both Amazon Payments and American Express at this point. Avoid both of these companies at all costs. My next step is the Better Business Bureau for these guys. Customer service is rude beyond all comprehension when trying to work with them through anything.

Terrible to non-existent customer service and management all the way up to the operation team. Do not do business with either company. Avoid Pacific Columns and Architectural Depot. The whole "customer service" and operations team should be retrained or replaced."

"Customer service is COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING. Will never be purchasing anything else from this company. I purchased 6 columns, to be stained and installed for a home theater and bar for our high end customer. These were promised to ship out 4 weeks after production. The customer service rep never got back with me for weeks about the "Actual" ship date. They ended up shipping these 4 weeks after we were told they would. We already installed the job in the customer's home before these columns ever were shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times l to receive any ship dates that were accurate, or even a credit for our trouble. I finally got the supposed supervisor on the phone, she was very unprofessional and rude to me. I asked for her manager, she said there was nobody else above her to speak too. I am still waiting on any credits for our trouble. We even had to modify the columns in our shop once we finally received them because they weren't even accurate. Will never order anything from this company ever again.

"I purchased some columns for my patio. The service was excellent! Very quick delivery. The product looks fantastic with my new patio cover. Ryan Shumaker, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and provided great service. I would recommend! "

"I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with pacific columns deserves one, so here goes. I ordered four columns, one cut in half. The half column and two of the full bases were damaged. The half column appeared to have been repaired, although the repair-jobs was sloppy and obvious. no attempt had been made to fix the bases, which appeared to have been damaged during manufacture. I called PC as soon as the damaged was discovered. Customer response was clumsy, at best. I decided to proceed with my project, and fix the damage to the products on site. It has been thre weeks since I reported the damaged products, and I have still not heard from PC about how they intend to make-up fo delivering bad products. I asked for a couple hundred $s to pay my contractor to fix their damaged produc. I have spoken with more than a half-dozen people, non of which seems to have a clue. maybe this is how they get away with providing crappy materials - frustrate unhappy customers with awful customer service until they give-up and leave you alone. This purchase was definitely not worth the trouble r expense. Certainly would never do business with them in the future, and wouldn't recommend it to you, wither."

"If you have a choice, I advise buying columns from brick and mortal retailer so you can actually see what you are getting. Online brochures are not trustworthy. The columns I ordered were for use inside the home but what arrived are obviously designed for exterior use. The installation kit has plastic brackets, not metal. One of the columns was deformed. Customer Service promised to email an immediate response regarding the shipment of urethane bases instead of FRP bases but did not follow up. Overall, I cannot recommend Pacificcolumns.com."

"Regretfully I had a terrible experience. We ordered a column base and received the wrong one plus it was broken in four pieces. We immediately contacted the company and customer service asked us to take a picture of the damaged column and send it to them. They said that once they had it, we would either get a refund or be able to reorder the correct column base. It has been seven days and we have heard nothing from the company. We have contacted the customer service representative three times by email/text and called and left message at their extension and still nothing."

"I ordered the Endura Lite square molded columns with the applied panel. I was so excited for these items to arrive, that I actually used the tracking # supplied to find out where they were. To my excitement they were going to Illinois and not Michigan. Oh what a treat! After destination mistake was fixed (they gave the wrong tracking #), it was like Christmas when they arrived. You know, the gift from the distant relative that you had to fake like? The columns look nothing like they did online, and as much as I wanted to put the "ugly sweater" on, we decided to return it. That's when the fun really began! The customer service representatives kindly decided to make this a challenge for me. I thought it was an exercise in tenacity.. Oh what a fun game! Let's see . . . 16 e-mails, 4 attempts to speak to the customer service manager directly (all of which were ignored), a failed RMA e-mail, this just gives me reason to live! They make it so easy to order, so easy to charge immediately for payment, but they really make one work hard to get a portion of their money back. Such a lesson of determination they are teaching me. Not only am I grateful for this experience, but I am having fun as well!"
