"We were thrilled with product upon delivery. The quality is better than expected, and we had really high expectations. We really appreciation the time and patience of Sam Pease as he worked with us while we measured once, twice, three times, . . . We are completing the installation this weekend, the instructions are clear and concise and everything is coming together beautifully. Thank you!"

"Honestly columns were shipped as promised but came damaged so we refused what was damaged. Since than i stressed to Lauren Irwin of the importance of us getting fined from the GC 100 per day for not finishing the job on time and so she told me sent out the order after a week of delay than we received the order to realize that we only received the damaged caps and no post. Very bad service in my opinion by Lauren as all she was out for was the initial sale."

"Ordered 2 Endura Stone Columns. NOT HAPPY! Instructions on wedsite said cap slides down column then mount L brackets. The caps that were shipped do not slide down but rest on top of columns. This resulted in the need for 4 inches cut off of bottom which caused the base of cover part of the flutes. Looks terrible. Sales person did not mention the cap mounts on top does not slide. Nor did they mention I needed mounting brackets. When I called back to order the mounting brackets the sales rep did not mention they would not work on top of column as instructed. Had I been advised how the caps work I would have ordered the correct length. I called customer service. "We will call you back" No response yet.
Will not order again.

"I told them I wanted a pvc or composite column I got sent a broke stone column. I am waiting on customer service to contact me back regarding this. As of now I give 0 stars. If they fix the issue then I'll give 4, price and delivery time were good. "

"The person at the front desk (she) was extremely helpful and went out of her way on Friday when the product was purchased and again on Saturday when she try to locate the product in the warehouse for pick up. Contrary to her, on the day before Saturday, the person in the warehouse who was asked to locate the product and cut it in half at 4:35 p.m. on Friday for pick up on that day indicated that he did not have time to do this since he was leaving immediately. He indicated that he would leave the item by the warehouse door for pick up on Saturday. I had to make a second trip on Saturday to pick up the item. The item was not by the door on Saturday as was promised and took a while to locate it in the warehouse. Again the girl at the front desk who was also working on that Saturday went beyond her duty and was able to finally locate the item in the warehouse. "

"The product I ordered was not what I received and it was also not the correct size. It has taken me two days to receive a reply after I called several times. I have sent photos of the issue but still no resolution. My project is at a standstill. Very poor service so far. "

"I tried to order 3 columns online from this company, but, for some reason, I could not get the billing address and the shipping address to be different! I called their customer service and I told them about the situation. The rep entered the correct info that I gave him and he sent me a link to pay for it, which I did. Unfortunately, I trusted the rep without reviewing the delivery address that he had entered. I got a call from a freight Co to set up a time for delivery but they were going to deliver it to the billing address! I asked them to correct the shipping address but they said they had to contact the shipper! I called the rep back and he completely shrugged off any responsibility and switched me to customer service who charged me for delivery even though the merchandise had not left the freight co. Another thing that disturbed me was that while I was talking to the customer service rep, I could hear the manager in the background dictating to her what to say........................terrible!"

"The original salesperson was friendly and very helpful. When I wanted to get an order confirmation and shipping number from the company there was an issue in getting the information. I actually received the information from
Fed Ex before the company had sent it. The order was exactly what I wanted and needed. Service from the company was a thumbs down. Due to my order needing to be a little rushed, I was disappointed with all the follow-ups being "lost".

"Our experience was good up until we received damaged pieces and was told we would be given a $60 credit is all and no replacements sent. I quote from Lauren Irwin " We are unable to send replacements because the damage is not too bad. My product specialist let me know that the damage should be fairly simple to fix. "

I shouldn't have to fix something that is brand new out of the box and if it is damaged, we should get a replacement and not have to fix something that is brand new.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We will not be ordering from Pacific Columns ever again.

"So far our experience with Pacificcolumns.com has been dissatisfying. The product that we ordered, we were given original dimensions that we based out kitchen design off of, and only after ordering the product and paying for it, did we learn that we could not use those dimensions (the top of the column needed to be larger). We also ordered the columns and the capitals in Poplar wood and were told it would be about 3 - 4 weeks delivery. 2 weeks after we placed the order and submitted payment, we were told that the capital could only come in three other woods, none of which we were happy with. We were also told it would now take 8 weeks for the capitals to come in.

The customer service has been very poor, we have had a very difficult time reaching our rep and getting questions answered, and the product that we thought we were getting and that we paid for is not really what we are receiving. Hopefully it will all come in correctly.
