"Cancelled my order and 11 days later still no credit. Why didn't they just cancel the authorization, it sat in the account for 4 days after they claimed to have refunded my order before it finalized. Now I can't access my $100. Never, never, never again."

"Placed an order on 4/10. On 4/21 I still had not received my order and called about it. I was told someone would get back to me on the 22nd, which no one did. I did not receive any contact that day until I filed a claim, at which point the order was canceled and I received an email from the sales manager about it. I was informed that it could take up to 14 business days to ship my order when their website claimed 5-7."

"I ordered a memory "nooner" after verifying the specifications met the requirements of my PC. I installed it upon arrival, but my machine refused to boot. I contacted PG for assistance, and they sent me an RMA number and a shipping address.
I packaged the memory exactly as it was shipped to me and mailed it back by the same method; USPS. My RMA status is still listed as PENDING, and I have sent them several messages requesting closure.
They have never refunded my purchase price of almost $40.00.

"I have been trying to receive a server from this company since 10/1/08. Payment has processed but never shipped. Turns out they sold more than they had and posted on their item page that there was going to be a 3-4 day delay (but never contacted anyone that ordered it). When I called on 10/10 I was told that my tracking number would be emailed to me 10/13. Now on 10/20 the shipping status has been changed to "shipped" but no tracking number listed. I called to get my tracking number and was told it was still on back order. I told the rep that I wanted a refund or I would have to do a charge back on the credit card. He said that he would refund it and hung up on me without letting me even say a thing. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this place. They are rude and unprofessional. I know our company will never do business again with them."

"I ordered one and after waiting almost 2 weeks without hearing from them or getting my CD, I sent them an e-mail. They replied back saying they would ship it the next day and did so, not sure if they would have ever sent it if I hadn't written them. Looking back at my receipt online it doesn't show that they charged any shipping, so that's kept me from complaining to much since I did finally get what I ordered...."

"Ordered 2 Dell refurb laptops, they were shipped quickly and function fine, but "refurbished" is far too strong a word to describe the condition of the units..."used" would be more accurate. As these were purchased to be used in a harsh environment and are more-or-less disposable in our application, it's not a big deal to me, but buyer beware. "

"Not only was the product very reasonably priced, an extra effort was made on someone’s part to change the shipping method from Fedex Ground which would have taken 5+ days to receive to USPS Priority without an additional cost. I ordered the product on a Saturday, the order was processed the following Monday and I received it two days later 2500 miles away. I was impressed with the service."

"How can a business like this stay in business? I ordered a Dell laptop from Pacific Geek on the 6th of April 2008 and knowing it could take a few weeks to install the upgrades I also paid for I felt like everything was good. After two weeks were up, I finally found their phone number and called to see when my new laptop would be delivered. They told me that it would be shipped within two days. Great I thought, but this was only lie one. The next week I got the same story. Finally after contacting them a third time, they said the package had been sent and they gave me a tracking number. So naturally I went to tack the laptop and found that after calling FedEx that Pacific Geek had not even ordered a pick-up. Somehow they where able to get a tracking number without shipping! Originally this tracking information said that the package would arrive on the next Friday. This was a day after I would be on vacation. I contacted Pacific Geek again to ask them to not send the Laptop (remember they did not ship yet according to FedEx) until I return home and Pacific Geek said it was already shipped. Since they claimed to have already shipped the laptop I asked my neighbor to look for a box on my doorstep. The following Monday the package was not there so I called FedEx again and they said the package was never picked up! This means yet another lie from Pacific Geek. This is the straw that broke the camels back. I wrote a letter to Pacific Geek asking for my money back and told them that I was going to write reviews about them and in return all I got was a refund, not even an explanation. Not even one word! I hope I save someone else from ever going through the same problem. "

"Ordered 2 Dell PS/2 Keyboards on Feb 5, received them around Feb 10th with Free shipping. One of them works great, however, the other one has the space key falled off, which I believe was due to the violent shipping way by Fedex. Contacted pacificgeek by email asking for an exchange. They promptly replied my email with an offer to send me a new one while I don't have to return the borken one. Their attitude to me was really nice.
Overall I am very satisfied with their price and service.

"this is a horrible site to deal with, dont even venture onto this site, if by mistake you reach there, take evasive measures, close the browser, shutdown the PC and head for the hills.
I've placed an order on the 10th of October, man these guys are pathetic, just cause the price of the product went up, they were delaying my shipment, immediately asking me to take a refund, what the hell, i've paid good money for a bargain, which i should have, but nothing, they kept postponing the delivery, in the end they stopped answering emails, till they forced me to take a refund, MY ADVICE TO ALL USERS, THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF LOSERS AND CHEATS, SCAMMERS WHO WILL MAKE YOU LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
