"I placed my order for an Asus P4G8X Motherboard, 1 Corsair 512MB memory module and an Intel P4 processor. The Asus motherboard was clearly marked that it was supposed to be in stock ETA the 5th of February. Several days after I placed the order I received my processor and my memory without problem. A couple days later I checked the website and noticed that the Asus motherboard I had ordered was now $10 cheaper than when I ordered it, but they now showed the Asus P4G8X Deluxe model at the price I was originally going to pay. I called to see about changing my order to see about changing my motherboard to the Ultra version and I was informed that everyone who preordered the card at the original price was automatically upgraded to the Ultra version. Shortly after the 5th my motherboard arrived as it stated on the website. Everything arrived without incident and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future. "Great experience!! I had PC Progress custom build my machine from the bone. I picked the case, psu, motherboard, processor, sound card, hard drive- everything. They didn't have the video card I wanted, but it didn't matter. They put in another card free of charge for the testing and assembly (I bought my Radeon 9500Pro from Newegg and installed it myself without a hitch), configured, burned in my machine and what an outstanding job they have done. Prices are a little more expensive than Newegg, but honestly, if you want a custom built system down to every meticulous detail, this is the only place to go. A comparable system would have been $3,000 through Falcon or $2,300 through ABS (and you have to take into account that they do not give the level and depth of customization that PC Progress does). Customer service was always polite and went out of their way to help me. My only quip is that they failed to notify me via e-mail when my order shipped- no biggie since the date my rep gave me over the phone was right on. I highly recommend them to those of you who would like a truly personalized and custom built system, but don't have the time to assemble it yourself. As evidenced by this missive, I highly recommend them. "
