"To start, a week or so ago, my home computer died. Everything was gone, Geforce3, 60+15gb Hard drives, the works. I'm sure a few can understand my frustration. So I went out and tried to find some good deals on computer parts. I found a 60gb hard drive for 75$! What an AMAZING price, but it was too good to be true. I ordered it on a Thursday, and it came by Monday (which I was very happy about!) But, the Hard Drive I ordered didn't work. I popped it into my computer at work, and nothing happened. All I got was a *click, click*.
I promptly called pc mall the next day, knowing I had a limited ammount of time to return it (if I can at all). The lady answered quickly, but then told me I needed to go to tech support first. She then proceeded to give me the WRONG NUMBER for tech support. Instead I got an entirely different company. I called back, got the right extension, and stayed on hold for at least 25-30 minutes before they decided to just hang up on me!
My dilema has yet to be fixed, but I am working on it as we speak. I will never, ever, EVER order from this company again. Although I give them +'s for their prompt delivery, that's the only good thing I can say about the company.
