"I was disappointed with my overall experience with Ozbo. When I ordered two items, their online site indicated that there were two remaining in stock. I was charged for both items on the day I placed the order. Several days later I checked my account and shipping information at their website and the order had not been shipped. (Normally credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to deliver.)

I contacted the company only to find that one of the two items were in stock, (contrary to the website information), and the items were discontinued and they would not be receiving any at a later date. So, I canceled the order and they did credit my credit card account. Their representative was very pleasant and helpful, by the way.

I would not be too dissatisfied if the company had initiated the contact and informed me of the items no longer being in stock and credited my charge account, (which is standard procedure as far as I am concerned). However, they did not. The order, availability of stock and the transaction seemed somewhat disorganized and less than ideal.

I have not had enough experience with the company to comment any further.

"They have lost their Better Business Bureau accreditation after being rated as an F-.

You can check it out for yourself on the BBB's website! This speaks volumes for the type of company and customer service they have. Stay away! Or if you do buy through them, make sure to check out with Amazon Payments. You will be covered through Amazon's buyer protection program.

"My order was received but contained the wrong items. I communicated with customer service and after a brief email exchange then sent me the correct product and allowed me to keep the original items. I am certainly satisfied with the result and the steps they took to correct the problem. Their prices were definitely the best I found on-line too. I intend to order from them again and hopefully the experience will be more straightforward."

"Terrible! I ordered a grounding rob through their amazon marketplace on June 1, 2012. I sent them at least 6 e-mails through the amazon marketplace and never heard one response. I call them this morning and the woman was nasty to me and said "Oh it was supposed to ship out between the 7th and the 8th" I'm like well, its the 11th. She says "It will ship out tomorrow."

What? You can't even get it out today? I cancelled the order.

Not only that, They sold it for $17 and change + $8 in shipping. I found it at a local hardware store for $10.

"I was not pleased with how this order was handled. I placed an order for 2 items and anticipated its arrival quickly since all my past ozbo orders have shipped and arrived fast. One week went by and the online status showed as "to factory". I called and was told 1 of the 2 items was out of stock and they were waiting for it. This was the first time I learned of it and wished I had gotten an email sooner asking if I wanted a partial shipment or not. Another week went by and I received PART of my order, with the balance marked "backordered". Nearly a month has passed and I still have not gotten that backordered item; it's still owed to me and I have gotten no communication letting me know when I should expect it.
The items I did receive were damaged due to the box being much too thin for the weight of the product and zero packing material to hold the items stable in transit.

"Woof ! (Hello!) my name is Laverne (Yorkie) and I want to thank you for the quick delivery of toys my mommy ordered. I am a rescue and the big multi squeaky toys have really helped me come out of my shell. Since then she ordered the Red Snake (3 squeaker) and I love it (even at 1:00 am). Mommy doesn't mind, she just loves me and wants me to be happy! Ozbo, you have made mommy and I very happy. Thank you!"

"I will NEVER order from Ozbo again! I waited for more than two weeks for items that were "in stock and available for immediate shipment". When I never received a shipping notice I sent two messages to their "help" address. The automatic response assured me that I would be contacted within 24 hours with information about my order. I was never contacted. I then made several calls to their 'customer service' number. After the sixth attempt I finally reached someone only to be told that the items were backordered! I had never received this information. I was again assured that I would be contacted within 24 hours with information about when I could expect my order. I never received a call back or email from Ozbo. In complete disgust at this poor customer service I cancelled my order and found the item on another website. I received it within a week."

"We are very happy with our first order with Ozbo. The only reason is wasn't a 5 star rating was because the item was on back order and we didn't know it would be delayed. It got here very quickly once it came in to the warehouse. Much thanks!"

"TERRIBLE handling times: I ordered on 5/25, contacted them on 6/4 and was told that the order would ship on 6/7, TWO WEEKS after ordering. No explanation was offered. I get faster shipping from Amazon's Super Saver shipping program and it's free."
