"Ozbo's staff was very patient with me after Amazon. com cancelled my original order with this vendor at Amazon.com. I had not requested the cancellation. After having waited for my original order, I was forced to begin again. Ozbo expedited the order that I placed at Ozbo.com. My original order (for grass seed) was in May, I believe that spring is a busy time for this type of business. The extra time was expected, mention was made about delays in shipping prior to the first order. Amazon's action(s) made even more work for Ozbo and solved nothing for me. I placed an order at the beginning of the month of june. I was told by an ozbo representative over phone that my order will arrive june 25. Well it's june 26th and I have yet to receive my order or an invoice with my correct information. When I called ozbo they had difficulty finding my order again. Bad enough they sent me the wrong invoice with the wrong tracking and order number. Any how when my order was found it had still not shipped. I am canceling my order, which they seemed more than happy to cancel. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money with another company:)I just hope now that their refunds department knows how to function."
