"The product ( a small compass) arrived in good condition, on time. .... The only problem that I see is that it came with no instructions, no user manual, no quick start guide, no warranty card and most importantly: NO WARNINGS! .. .. .. Does this mean that it is OK to swallow? Is it OK to stick it in an outlet? If i freeze it, it is OK to stick my tongue on the metal part, right? AND if I don't know what the heck I am doing, if I get lost it is my own fault? That I can't blame it on the compass."

"I ordered 3 3lb bags of bird food last month. 2 weeks after the promised ship date and after charging my Amazon account they had not shipped. No shipment and notifications. I inquired by email and was told it would ship in a week. No apology, no explaination. I posted an inquiry to their Facebook page which they deleted without comment. In my opinion Ozbo is undependable and irresponsible. I cancelled my order, placed the same order with Amazon.com and received the goods 3 days later at a better price. I'm done with Ozbo and advise others to forget them as there are other resellers that value their customers."

"I placed my order partly upon the advertised quick shipping, however, it was several weeks before my product was shipped and it was practically impossible to get an answer from anyone on the time it would take for it to be shipped. I contacted Amazon.com and they were able to tell me that it would be several weeks before it was shipped. I would have expected to have been able to get answers in a more timely fashion, and would have expected the product to have shipped within a few days since the website indicated it was in stock and would ship quickly. I did receive the product and am satisfied with it. I would order from them again, and I now know not to expect quick shipment."

"Order placed on 5/1 not received by 5/20. No email update about backorders, no communication at all. Called and was told on 5/21 would ship tomorrow 5/22. Called 5/23 was told will ship today or tomorrow - notice a trend here? No offer to upgrade shipping, no promises and seemingly no regrets. Was told 1 item out of several was the reason for the delay, why didn't they send the other items?? All items were listed as in stock on their web site at time of order. Worth paying a dollar or 2 more for better service and a reputable company. I have ordered from them before once or twice without issue but it's not worth the hassle, perhaps if you call to make sure items are actually in stock before placing order it would be worth it, I ended up cancelling my order."
