"I received my telescope much sooner than I would have expected for how large and heavy the package was, and it was CLEARLY packaged with safety of the telescope first in mind. I had an issue with losing a small part and though I wasn’t able to be helped because it was such a small part. When I write a request for help, the Orion support team instead of telling me it was too small to replace, offered to help me get measurements for a replacement piece, and also offered to send me a new one to make sure my telescope stays safe in perfect condition. Best service I have ever received."

I decided to buy the Giant View 15x70 and I don't regret it at all. Very well built, super firm rubber cover. One of the things that has amazed me most about them is that the protective layer on the lenses is easy to remove but very secure when sealed. They do not fall! And that is very important when keeping those glasses in maximum protection. In weight they are not as light as I thought but they are not heavy either. I would say they are of medium use. Ready for those who already know how to move in search of the infinity gems. And the transport box is super safe, comfortable and easy to carry. But when it came time to see the stars, WOW! Bright pearls in the dark sky that leave your eyes perplexed. Fine quality! A quality that you will never find anywhere else"

"Tripod arrived with broken/cracked handle on pan adjustment/lock screw. Sent email and requested customer service on website hoping they would send me a new part. Nothing! No word at all. Gave up. Needed product for eclipse, will probably throw it away and never buy anything from Orion again. Really a shame since this was my go to astronomy vendor during the 1990s. My how they have fallen."
