"They are a horrid company- I posted a negative review of how filthy and disgusting liars these guys are, and ONPOINT CAMERA removed it because there was 'no record of my transaction'. This was after Ken, the salesman, tried to bribe me to take down my post, by offering overpriced accessories for free. Then he successfully got reseller ratings to pull the 'bad review' that was completely true, and not even harsh. NOW I AM MAD because the system that is used to verify good businesses is allowing the corrupt nasty company to pull bad reviews.
They are despicable and will only waste your time. Be aware of the other 'good reviews' because they aren't really indicative of real customers, some people may have gotten past the checkout by purchasing cheap junk that off-sets the cost of the original 'low price' that they thought the where getting at the get-go, and might be happy, but this is a scam any way you look at it. Please be smart and stay away don't even waste your time. Keep your sanity and go to a legit site, that hasn't hijacked the reseller ratings system. They will dupe you. RUN AWAY.
I am curious to see how long this will last on this site, it seems like you can pay money to get bad reviews taken off and have a clean slate."

"The store is total scam. I have placed on order for Canon T2i on Monday and by Friday I have received a phone call from their sales department trying to upsell extra battery and memory card. I have declined all the extras and was told the camera will ship immediately. Few days later, and I still did not receive a confirmation email about my order. They also ignored my order update request via email. I finally decided to give them a call and after conversation with customer service, I was told the camera will be ship out later today as it should arrive from their vendor. Two days later still no confirmation email. I have called their customer service again. This time I was told that they oversold this camera and are shopping different vendors. At this time, I have decided to cancel this order. I believe they purposely delay orders without accessories, so the buyer will eventually cancel the order. Their website still shows this camera as instock and ready to ship, so there is definitely something fishy going on."

"My experience with onpoint electronics was the purchase of a canon camera w/accessories and case. Ordered on a Friday, received a phone call Sunday night and the product arrived the following Thursday. customer service was good with what I had said. Couple comments. Sunday call was asking me to do a review that night and I hadn't even got the camera yet. also on the e-mail verifying the shipping, it said here was my fedex number which in fact was a UPS no. Just a few bugs to work out but all in all a fairly good experience."

"I am extremely disappointing with this store. I placed the order mentioned below before Dec 31, 2010 when they had the special scheme for a 8GB Memory card in case the order was placed before Dec 31, 2010. The camera that I chose was including all other accessories ( eg tripod, case, screen protector etc) mentioned. Today I received a call the store and they confirmed the billing and shipping address. Then he asked me if I was interested in battery upgrades which I refused. After this he asked me to make a choice between the 8GB memory or the accessory kit as I would get only get one of these. This is contrary to what is on their website and when I pointed out the same to him - he apologized and said that was the reason for his call and that he cannot give both.
