Sent email for assistance, no response. Called 2/28, was told would receive email with tracking number in 1 hour...did not. He threw in a nice camera case for free. The camera arrived on time and was boxed properly and has proven to be an excellent piece of equipment. "Do not buy from this seller. They do not honor their "specials". They will call you after you order online. The purpose of the call is to sell you something else that is outragously priced. If you do not buy the sales pitch your purchase (in my case a camera) will suddenly be on back order. Check out their return policy as well. Many items are not returnable and those that are, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. I ended up paying $80 for a $14 memory card which I could not return per their policy. They also want you to give them a good review before you get the purchase. This is why there are so many "good" reviews given before the fact."

I was contacted recently by the manager and after a long discussion I'm completely convinced that they are working hard to improve their processes and customer service. I placed an order on 2/12 for a Sony camera. On 2/15 I got an email and a phone call saying I had to call them to confirm the order. When I did they tried to upsell me. "Upgrade for just $89? no? What if it was just $49? No. Ok, how about $29? No. Ok ok we'll just proceed with the order." Order cancelled.
2 weeks after my initial order and after being on hold for 10 minutes was told they have been out of stock and won't receive any until late next week. Not one email or phone call. "

It was said the lens would arrive around 12-31-2010.
But it had instead arrived on 12-24-2010 -- in time for Christmas!!
Better yet, someone from the company called me 2 days before its surprised early arrival to check with my profile and address to be certain that the lens will arrive at the correct address since I am the first time customer to them.
I thought that was very nice and professional. I truthfully do not remember any online retailer had done this kind of checking with me before."
