USPS, Amazon, UPS... never missed a package in 5 years. Fedex lost 2 out of 2 packages in 3 years.

"It started at ordering I ordered 2 shipments to same address thinking I would get 2 boxes since they were being delivered by me to them I got charged for 2 shipments got 1 box , customer said you have to stipulate that . Then they told me I had $30 credit went to store 7 days later no idea about $$30 credit and no way to find it on line . So I waited in store for 41 minutes playing music from there hold in customer service. They finally contacted a supervisor and she said she could do something within 2 hrs she did went back to store and told the lady thanks for your help next year and from now on Kansas City steaks on line . Kansas City steaks know how to do it right. Omaha steaks reminds me of kmart "

"Being a fan of having a good steak from time to time, a friend mentioned to try the Omaha Steaks site based on a pamphlet or an advertisement seen some while back. Decided to place an order to give Omaha Steak a try to see what the fuzz was all about. Today, a box arrived at the front door with frozen goods inside from Omaha. Not sure if the expectations were set too high but the box was open a big disappointment sat in. The Christmas special order contained four little sirloin pieces of meat (could not call them steak because the size), a bunch of burgers, small pack of 14 meatball, four pieces of bread, a package of hotdogs, and four apple blossoms for desert. Total cost $125 plus tax. Extremely overpriced products and the quality could be compared to Winco, Costco, and local butchers quality at a much lower price. The foam box where the packages came in, it is worth to keep!
Truly said, I will prefer to go to the local butcher to place a custom package with good variety of items for a more affordable price with higher quality. I will not buy again from Omaha Steaks. However, I could say that I tried their products and I was not impressed with the purchase made.

"Ordered 5 gift bundles on their online site, which stated there was still 10 hours left to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery. The next day I noticed on the delivery confirmations in my email that 3 of the 5 orders were scheduled for either 12/27 or 12/28! I called and customer service apologized but could do nothing, so I asked to speak to a manager, who also could do nothing! To make matters worse, I just got shipping details on the 2 orders that had delivery dates of 12/24. Now those 2 are being delivered on 12/26!!! Why post guaranteed delivery if it is not honored??? Will shop elsewhere from now on, not worth the hassle! Spent $800 and nothing is being delivered on time! Poor customer service!"

"I wanted to buy Christmas gifts from a conservative company. I signed up for the reward points program and placed my first order (a big one, 9 packages) $1100 worth. When placing my order it said I get double the reward points. My order said 2027 reward points, but they only gave me 1017 reward points. I called customer service 3 times about this issue and sent them emails as well. They have done nothing about it! I want my reward points!"

"I order over 500.00 worth of meat, I cooked the rib eyes and they were to grizzly and couldn't eat them. I have never had any problems until today. Not to mention they were 6oz not 8"
