Delicious Food

"The filet mignon are amazingly good. The marinated salmon filets are a gift to my niece and nephew who love them. The ground beef is always good to have on hand for meatloaf, burgers etc.
All I ask is PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR PrIME RIB SLICES!!! They have been out of stock for 5 months- that is unacceptable! For a company like yours.

Delicious meats delivered right to my door!

"Easy website to navigate and loads of special offers and discounts. Best of all the choices of meats is excellent and are superior quality and price than I've found at any local grocery stores. My order was delivered earlier than expected in a syrafoam cooler with plenty of dry ice so all the contents arrived still frozen. Overall a most satisfactory experience."

Horrible Customer Service

"I would give zero stars if it was an option. Order was a gift and the individual arranged to work from home so they would be there for the delivery. Tracking system was unavailable and we were told twice that it was out for delivery. Finally at 10:30 PM the tracking was updated to move the delivery out another day. No one could tell us if the steaks were in a location with a freezer or if they were sitting in a delivery truck somewhere. Thus is not like ordering a shirt from Amazon that gets misplaced for 24 hours. This is August and no one wants to come home and find a box of potentially spoiled meat sitting on their porch. They really need to have a better hand on where their product is at all times. "

Lost Customer

"Apparently, the once amazing Omaha steaks, thinks it's acceptable to ship days later than agreed at purchase, and not bother to let you know what is going on with your order until chase them down (and then hours later and with no options for how to correct their actions and/or receive your order in the time frame you originally agreed to).
They had my order "in progress" for over half a week, is part of it going to be rancid by the time it gets here (which will be after our family event that they have ruined by taking the budgeted money last week and providing no meal or even time to gather additional funds and plan/purchase another meal)?!?!?!?

Disgusting

"Food was awful.

Steaks has so much fat in them, so chewy and no flavour

Air fried chicken steaks, more like dog food covered in breadcrumbs, grizzle, no taste.

Breakfast sausages, noi flavor, were given to the dog.

Pork chops, once cooked with hardly any meat, are tiny sizes.

"Received meals as gift. My husband has incurable cancer. Tasteless and I would be embarrassed to tell the people who gave us meals how bad this one was. I wouldn’t gift these meals to anyone. "

We recieved a box of Omaha steak products from a client.Its inedible.

"This was so bad! The chicken piccata was worse than a lean cuisine.we just grilled two filets and gave them to the dog.In looking at reviews, I am shocked. In years past, the steaks were small, but still reasonably good. Shame on this company!"

False Advertising/Poor Business Practice

"I was offered $50 reward for delayed shipping, arriving after Christmas, during checkout. I chose this option, and was never given the reward. I contacted Omaha Steaks and was told my order didn't qualify even though I was given the option during checkout. Shame on Omaha Steak company for false advertising and poor business practices. "

A disappointing experience

"
I was so looking forward to receiving nice tender filet mignons, and tasty pork and burgers. All at50% off! What an inducement, what I received was 4 tough tasteless and chewy filets, the pork was average and definitely on the dry side despite being wrapped in bacon. The quality of their meat is mediocre and overpriced at their so called 50% off. Buyer beware you are not getting any deals from this company.

grease burgers

"I have sent Omaha steaks in past but will not any longer. we received a package as gift. the steaks were great but when I grilled the burgers they were extremely greasy. I had to place on paper towels to absorb some of the e grease. still when I bit into the burger grease dripped out. "

NO communication

"I was told my order would be received by December 24. It was not received by December 24. I therefore wrote to customer service. I was told I would get a reply in24 hours. No reply given. I wrote again. Still no reply after 24 more hours. I wrote a third time. Still no reply, now after a total of 72 hours. Needless to say, I am done with this horribly managed company "
