"I was extremely excited to build my first pc. I always wanted one as a kid but was never able to have one. I was recommended to use Origin. It looked like even though they tend to be more expensive than the competition the services they offered were really good. Well I just spent a hair in $4000 for my first pc and I am pretty disappointed. I got the Corsair 680x case with i-9 2080 ti and all the bells and whistles for my first pc I was super excited. The shipping was in a big wooden box which was good because it had boot prints on it and was pretty beat up. My issue really comes in the care of the product. The tempered glass side of the case looks nice all the cables are pulled through to the back side of the case. But my top USB ports were not connected in the front or the back. Once I opened up the back portion of the case it was a rat's nest. No cable management at all just tangled up in there with no idea what went where. It would be impossible to add another ssd into the available slots. I attempted to speak with customer service about it and they didn't care one bit. They sent me some info on how to plug in my ports and did not even address my concerns. I was hoping for a pristine computer for 4000$. I could have bought from digital storm or IBUYPOWER and received more computer for that price and more accessories and rebates. But I heard great things about Origin and their roots so I trusted them. Maybe it would be that big of a deal if I had a lot of knowledge about pcs and I could just rewire it myself. I do not have that knowledge as this is my first pc. So I have to pay someone to come in and correct the cabling that Origin does not care about. Be careful with this company. You will get your system pretty quickly and safely, but it seems those who put it together are not taking pride in their work."
