"From my first call, the folks at Origin walked me through the complex process of putting together a new machine for a flight simulator I'm building as I train for my instrument rating. The prompt and courteous personalized service was a welcome change from the 'take a number' model that is so common today. Regular updates on the progress of the build was appreciated and helped with coordinating other components for my project. When the computer arrived, it was impressive to say the least. The packaging, complete with plywood shipping crate, was impressive. Everything arrived in perfect order. And what a treat to fire up the box for the first time and find everything was already set up and ready to go! No barrage of promotional popups, no configuration issues. Just turn on and go. Installed MS Flight Simulator without a hitch. With the glass side panel and easily removable steel panel on the opposite side, it's easy to see the build quality and the high quality components. "When my computer first arrived, it was having some issues because the GPU happened to be faulty (not because of them, it was just a bad part). I messaged the team and we both quickly got to work trying to figure out the problem. Eventually I was able to isolate the issue to the GPU, and not only did they replace it, they sent me a model that was more expensive and higher quality than my original at no additional cost.

This company is full of nice people who seem to genuinely care about providing a good product. I have a chronic illness, so I wasn't able to build my own, so I'm thankful both for this company and their quality computers, but also their willingness to stick it out with you and make sure that it works.

If you're in a similar situation like me where you're unable to build your own computer, whether it be time constraints or illness, I wholeheartedly would recommend Origin to anyone. I even grew to like their staff and consider them friends, considering how polite, patient, and nice they were.
