"The overall feeling and ergonomy of the website is really great. There is plenty of colors and variations available. They seem to clean their product listing because there is no "Not in stock" or "Backordered" which is REALLY great compared to all other websites around. (Big thumbs up for that)
It still misses a "wishlist" function to help keeping favorite products. The shipping is somewhat pricey. Product specifications could be improved a lot."

"I made two orders with this web site company, order# 40465 on july 1st and 40778 on july 11th and I have not received all the product. Ive email and called them about the remaining product and all there replies were very late and none at all. Most recent was a reply I received from them about a refund on July 20 and they said they would get back to me ASAP and its now the 29th and I still have not heard anything from them. This customer service from OPSGEAR is the worst Ive ever delt with. I hope that other customers they receive never go through this. On top of all this I emailed them about letting customers know if there products are in stock or if they are backordered on there web site for customer reference, and they still have not changed any of it for there customers on the web site. "
