"The quality of the product is of most satisfactorily. I had rushed my order as I needed it by a certain date, however they were not able to meet my 1 week deadline even though I placed a 2 day process/delivery. However they did go the extra mile to make it right with us. Very good communication with the customer service department (it was really difficult to find a phone number to call) but email was quick response. All in all I can see myself ordering from them again. Hopefully I will not need to rush my order next time. I found a product that would have worked really great for my son's backpacking trip to Philmount Scout Ranch. Something I didn't even know existed. And I felt it would have been really useful. I guess will have to wait tell his next backpacking trip to find out."

"Took getting the BBB involved in order to even hear back from customer service to get my order shipped. They post a physical address for a store that doesn't exist since they closed it down a long time ago and the when you call you are greeted by a crappie recorded line. If they had thier store still opened I think I would possibly shop there again. They need to work on the customer service and on shipping orders out when they say and stop blowing off the customer. "
