Card charge cleared my bank on Thursday but here it is Tuesday and items still have not shipped. Only contact I recieved today was an email saying the "shipping status had been updated". That tells me nothing about my items. My biggest concern isn't that I've not recieved items yet. It's that no contact has been made returning calls or emails about why it's not shipped yet. "

"First time using opsgear, so I can't form a complete opinion YET.
Once I get my knife (5.11 Sidekick Scythe) I'll make a more informed decision.

I have given this company plenty of time to get in touch with me, and they have NOT.
I purchased the knife in question, for a present to a friend.
Within two days of purchase (and before I even received a tracking number, so the product had not even SHIPPED yet), another friend had revealed they had the same type of knife, and had it wrapped and in box.
I contacted the seller, and no response.
Tried their online help and was assured they would refund me.
it is now almost TWENTY days after, and I have heard nothing from them since, and have NOT been refunded.
I am beyond angry.

Contacted Better Business Bureau, finally contacted by company, promised refund, but never saw it. Recontacted BBB, and now pursuing fraud reports.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES"
"Ordered my product two weeks ago and paid for 3 day shipping, after one week sent in message to cust service about shipping. took them 5 days to respond and then states would ship. Still have not shipped and no update. Decent price, do not know quality of product as have not received it yet. When I pay for something in three days, i want it in no less than 4. There are other sights with similar or same gear that are interested in shipping out your products, I would recommend them instead.
