The customer service was very slow to respond to my needs and didn't seem to grasp my issues.
I was greatly frustrated, because I was unable to speak with someone tp solve the mess made by their shipping dept.
The issues were eventually resolved but not without several calls to their voicemail.
The Opsgear I remember is gone and has been replaced by a very impersonal system which is very frustrating.
I'm not sure if I will purchase from this website again. My last few orders were botched and this last encounter was a complete mess.

"I ordered a plate carrier from them about a month ago. After paying $8 for shipping and two weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel my order as they told me it would be at least another week before my order would ship. I then waited a few days and decided I wanted to cancel my order. The guy I spoke to through their instant chat on their website said no problem, yet never gave me any details and ended the session. I then called and left a message 2 weeks ago and received NO response. I then called again the end of last week and still no response. I have again called Monday afternoon and guess what?
