Lied about a refund

"OEM never did return my money, just another lie from them. I've been trying to recover my $185.00 for 2 years now! I've learned that they can get by taking your money because of the amount is small and most legation could take several years. If anyone is interested in doing business with them DO NOT!"

Fraudulent company

"I ordered an alternator for my explorer, they immediately took my money , then 3 days later sent me a fake USPS tracking number.. since then they have made no attempt to return my calls, emails or money they straight up stole $53 dollars from me "

Left on Red for an Exchange Request

"I ordered a radio control panel and one year warranty for my truck October 12th, and when the part arrived, I realized that it did not include the information display screen that is shown on the website. I filled out an exchange form and received an email from Guadalupe on Nov.6 asking if I want and exchange or just a return? My exact reply was "I want to exchange the radio control panel I ordered for the $53 information display screen and keep the one year warranty I purchased." I received another email two days later asking What the SKU number is for the part that I want? I replied with the number and an image of the part. As of today, Nov.25th, I have yet to hear back from them or receive the information display screen with a credit for the difference of the $116.79 that I spent. That is just bad customer service, deception, and laziness all rolled up in one. "

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMS. They sent me a defective part (vehicle computer for my car", and when I returned it I mentioned it was defective. They took 15% off the "restocking fee". When I asked the scammer Guadalupe claimed he did not get an email about it being defective, which is complete BS. I mentioned it when I asked for a return on their website.

Also the $1.99 "express shipping" is a scam.

Please for the love of anything, take my warning and avoid this site. I should have been alerted when Google sponsored the item on the first page.

I am sure the people that gave them 5 stars are they themselves.

"I placed an order on O9/25/23.
I did not even get a tracking info 10/2/23 so I wrote an email asking: How do I track the order?
Then on 10/2/23 from ****@****, saying:
Hello ****
Our apologies.
Per Dealer/MB
The part (s) you ordered is currently Backordered.
...
We can continue to wait or Cancel the part.
Please advise
Much appreciated.

So on 10/2/23 I wrote back
“...
Please cancel the order and refund. “

But still after a few day I had not got the refund.
Then I called a few days later, a man answered and said he would check into it.

Now in my heart I know this company is a sm. But fortunately it use PayPal for payment.

Then I appealed to PayPal on 10/16/23 for a refund for a product not delivered.
On 10/26/23 I received an email from PayPal as following:
“We've issued a refund of $. to you on October 26, 2023. It may take up to 5 days for this refund to be reflected on your PayPal account or …”
Good Job PayPal.
I hope my case will help many of us who are scammed.

Scammers

"Hello everyone, in particular the OEM auto parts company Charlie White and Sam Miller who robbed me of $2000 although I doubt that these are their real names. People need to unite against this lawlessness and fraud, the devils have taken hold of these people, such people need to be put in prison, because today they rob today they kill tomorrow these reviews are useless as long as they rob honest people. From me and from many other people whom they robbed and are going to continue to do this, I affirm to these guys from this company it will not be sweet soon, that my divine hands will reach you sooner or later, we walk on the same earth and everyone’s heart beats, but such negative stories do not last forever and there are different cases in the lives of such people. Such people and their actions corrupt society morally and everyone becomes like that. I am convinced that such people and their companies should not exist in our society and on earth. Amen.!!!

"My daughter's 2012 Honda Fit needed an ECM. The dealership quoted her a price of $1800 for parts and labor. I purchased an ECM from oemusedautoparts1 for $45.80 and a 2 year warranty. The ECM was installed today by her local mechanic. He programmed it and her keys and it's working great! Thank you for a great purchase experience! "

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience.

"They took my money, ordered the part and shipped it. I ordered a passenger headlight and they shipped a driver side headlight. I emails them and they won’t refund me, won’t give me the correct part, and are refusing to pay for shipping even though they messed up the order and won’t be able to provide me a replacement. I’m now arguing with them over email because Instead of a shipping label, they gave me a screenshot of someone else’s information which is very worrying and won’t reply to me. I have never had such a poor experience and I regret ever purchasing from them. I would be wary. Their customer service is below sub par and unless you want to be out a ton of money, I’d stay away. "

Excellent service

"I ordered a window control panel I received it within a week it was able to unlock my windows which was great for me but unfortunately the motor was not good I emailed them they promptly got a hold of me sent me a phone number for me to call called them they sent me out a new motor and unfortunately these were the last two parts they had for my kind of car she told me if this didn’t work she would just refund me however it does work but doesn’t work it rolled my driver side window down like I needed but has a glitch in it and keeps rolling it down I emailed her on a Saturday saying I would just like to go ahead and start the refund process promptly on a Saturday refunded my money and the money I spent for a warranty. It’s unfortunate that they do not have my part but they were WONDERFUL at customer service. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had I was not expecting that but I’m telling you what if I could order everything from them I would that’s how comforting this experience was thank you very much OEM auto parts. By the way I am from Oregon! "

"I ordered a hard to get Cadilac part from them and they confirm my order. I was excited because I couldn’t get this even at the dealership. They took my money no problem. They overcharge for shipping almost 30 bucks. Over a week later they informed me through an email that they don’t have the part. They also said it would be over a week before I would see a refund. WTF. Who doesn’t check their stock before confirming an order for a customer? Lousy way to do business. Put me behind another week and a half. I won’t do business with this company ever again buyers beware."

2 bad parts in a row and I have to pay to return

"Bad interface on the website I type in my van year make and model the first CD player stereo comes up I purchased it it's $110 I receive it in the mail a week later I plug it in it lights up but nothing works after talking to the rep I find out that I actually purchased one for a Dodge charger or some other vehicle I can't remember so I still have that one and I got back on the website and looked up the part number for mine ordered it when I got it it actually has paint all over it and then I hook that up in my van and it says code error CD again this one cost $160 so now I'm out $270 and they're telling me I have to pay to ship them back and probably pay a restocking fee no offers to send me one that they guarantee will work I recently just found this place and was trying them out because it was a good price but now I'm thinking it's just a scam to sell bad parts and I was a sucker won't do this again and I hope this helps a lot of people from getting screwed over like me"

"I ordered a tail light assembly. The one they sent was marked cracked in a black pen, and it certainly was cracked. I emailed them to complain, but got no response. I would NOT order anything from them!"
