Terrible

"Placed two orders, both were canceled by them with no explanation why. I had to wait 4 days for them to decide they didnt want the order. No one to talk to. No customer service. I spent the time to sign up for this site just to write a review so that tells youl how bad it is."

Bait and Switch Stay Away

"Purchased a mirror specifically shown with incorrect pictures. I could not use the mirror as I needed the mirror shown in their photos. They had the correct mirror which was almost twice as much money! They replied they had made an error on their first listing which in the end has caused me to lose almost 16 calendar days on a repair! Try to locate another dealer for used parts. They did send a return prepaid postage but they did not fully refund my purchase price. They sent me only 84% of my original purchase price! I wish I had checked reviews first. I would not have dealt with this company!"

Upcharge, Wrong Part Sent, No Cust Svc Avail

"They were very available when they contacted me via email and claimed the part I ordered didn’t match the VIN and they needed to process and up charge. After I received the wrong part, which looks very cheap, much much cheaper than the original part I was replacing, no way to reach customer service. No email response, eternahold with an option for a return call that never happens. Have been attempting to contact them since last week. Seems like a churn out faux product delivery scam. Am currently disputing their charge with my cc company. If they are going through this with others, visa/mc should cut them off for sure. "

ZERO Stars if Available

"Prices are low, no doubt about that. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends.

Purchased a variety of Lexus parts to replace a friend's door and the attractive part was that Matt could bundle the paint job as part of the deal.

Bad news:
1) Terrible after sales customer service by owner/manager Matt Patrick. Matt was charming before the sale and used all sorts of tactics to clinch the deal including offering an under the table $15 refund I bought from him.
2) Needless to say, the $15 was not refunded even though I reminded Matt more than three times.
3) Before purchase, I specifically asked how refunds would be processed. It took five emails back and forth to get the details straight.
4) Refund for unused parts, sent back at my own cost, took about a month, and a lot of time reminding (total waste of time) to finally appear back on the card I used to pay.
5) What you gain by money in your pocket from lower prices, you lose by horrible after sales service.
6) Paint job by Matt's service affiliates (he or his dealership partners) did not fully sand the surface to ensure surface imperfections would not ruin the final paint job. In the recessed door handle area, a part of the door you'll always visually look at, Matt's paint job outsourced guys left about five raised specks as a result of their carelessness or shoddy workmanship.
7) Even though the policies at OEMVehicleParts.com does not address workmanship which is a service and not a broken part (the latter is addressed), Matt refused to accommodate any refund for the bad paint job.

Moral of the story? Avoid like the plague. Do NOT be baited by low prices.

Wrong item, insensitive service

"I chose to order a part from this site, knowing I was paying a lot more than every where else, just to end up receiving the wrong item and poor customer service.

I was sent the wrong part, even after I entered in the Vin# for my car before placing the order. It took me contacting multiple times over a week's time before I got a response, only to be shown no empathy for the experience with my first order and no options given for a resolution except to return and wait to get a refund after they were reimbursed.
-I'm sorry, but driving without a tail light for weeks while I return the item and wait for a replacement or refund does not work for me.

This company clearly doesn't pride itself in taking care of the customer by choosing to do business this way. I won't be spending my money with them ever again.

Good prices pull you in, then terrible service makes you say "Never again"

"I bought a set sideview mirrors since they had great prices and were relatively close to my house.

Packaging was inadequate, and the first set arrived broken.

To their credit, they shipped out another set, with the request that I send back the first broken set. Fedex would pick it up at their expense.

2nd set arrives. Packaging was just as inadequate, and the second set arrived broken as well.

At that point I lost all confidence that I would get a non-broken set of mirrors from them in a reasonable time (or at all), and requested a full refund.

They demanded I pay the return shipping, b/c they "do not provide return labels", which was completely false since they had already sent fedex to pickup the first broken set at their expense. They wouldn't provide a label or send fedex to pickup the second broken set till after a considerable amount of electronic arm twisting, and me threatening them to file a claim with visa.

They eventually refunded the purchase price of the mirrors, but not their shipping charges. I'm out $15+ for that, I still don't have mirrors, and I wasted ~45 days and a lot of patience dealing with them.

Never again.

The bitterness of poor service remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Beware the Bait and Switch !

"Ordered a Bumper bracket and trailer hitch for my 2005 Tacoma. After waiting 5 days had still not received a shipping conformation, so I called. I was told they had not received the parts yet and "by the way" Shipping was going to be quite a bit more than the flat $39.95 FedEx shipping that I had signed up for.... Canceled my order what a rip off "

SCAMMER!

"We are a salvage yard in Florida. OEM bought parts for their customer in Virginia from us, and agreed to take care of the freight bill. These SCAMMERS! Used our account with the trucking company to stick us with the cost and then bill the customer who they represent. Repeated phone calls, and emails to web-site did no good. Phone is disconnected and of course no answers to emails.

Horrible service and wrong item.

"I ordered a small item from them and they sent an email stating it didn't match my vin, so they changed the order. Scam all the way! They sent the item and it was totally wrong. I emailed them and they stated that's the only thing they had. What a rip off. Thankfully it wasn't a costly item. Definitely know never to order from this company again for my shop. "

Scam

"This company is a complete scam. We ordered from them and when we went to pay them they asked for our routing number and account number for our checking account. We didn’t think anything about it. We never received our item. We called our bank to dispute it and they told us if it would have been done by our card number we could dispute it. If it is done by routing number you can’t dispute it. It was a very hard lesson to learn and an expensive one. I just don’t want anyone else to be scammed the same way. Never give out your routing and bank account number to anyone. They even tried with .16 cents to make sure they could get the money out. Also when we really looked at the address, it’s an apartment number. Businesses don’t run out of apartments! FBI is now involved so hopefully they will arrest these crooks, but wanted to give everyone a heads up!"
