"I ordered my car part to be delivery to Puerto Rico, I check the shipping address twice and it was correct and for some reason this incompetent company sent the part to Las Vegas NV vs Dorado, Puerto Rico. Guys it's huge different in distance from one destination and the other one. I have sent a couples of email without any response. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAN!!!"

I looked for a plastic "clip", $3.45 (dealer charges little over $4.00) - They CHARGE over $10.00 to ship the part. Less than 2 ounces!
I also looked for a gear shift cable, $47.00 (dealer cost $70.02) they wanted to charge OVER $57.00.
DON'T even waste your time looking for a part unless you are a millionaire, because if you are not, the are going to SCREW you in the end

"I ordered a bmw part overnight. They said they didn't have it after I'd paid for it and would return my $169. That NEVER HAPPENED. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 4 STRAIGHT DAYS. EVERY TIME THEY SAY WE'LL GET SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK. NEVER HAPPENED. This is when you can get them on the phone. For the most part that's hard to do. You're forced to leave a message. My heart goes out to anyone who tries to do business with these people. I don't know what else to do but advice and hope no one has to go through this. They don't deserve a star but there's no way to share the experience without giving them at least a star. You can forget your part or money if you use them.. Right now I'm looking for other options available to make them pay me back my money--including filing a police report. If you've got any ideas please share I'm desperately frustrated. "One of the parts I ordered from this company arrived damaged. Emailed customer service, no response. Left phone number for call back, no response. If you have any issues with your order, you are out of luck! Once they have your money you will never hear from the again"
"Ordered a shifter assembly for a 2006 Ford Explorer on 3/1/2020. For the order I had to put in the VIN # to make sure they send the right one. First, I accidentally fat fingered it and put the wrong one in. Which it promoted that that was not a valid vin. I proceeded to put the right one in and verify it 3 times. I got the response saying that they got the order and everything, and got the confirmation email. Said it would be 1-2 days to process and that the estimated delivery was the 11th or 12th. On Tuesday, the 10th I check my email and it says that they had tried contacting multiple times due to an issue with the vin and said there was no response they canceled the order. The only contact I got from them was the day before at 425pm stating there was an issue. They only contacted me once and didnt even wait 24hrs to cancel the order. Plus, if there was an issue, why did it take over a week to "try" and notify me. This place is a joke and I recommend that you do not buy from this place."

"October 17th ordered three parts. Received 1 of the 3 parts incorrect. They sent the correct part out for additional price cost, received a month later damaged. Today December 24th I have still not received a non damaged or correct part. Requested a refund for all the wrong parts. I have been ignored for refund. I had to file disputes with PayPal and amex to get my money back.
